Each time I’ve been here it’s been impressively fast and the food is VERY hot. Really nice employees, and order accuracy is perfect. I’ve also picked up some DoorDash deliveries from here and it was fast and easy to grab. Definitely one of my preferred spots in Ozark.

I want to mention Vicky yesterday on 9/2/2025 ,was very customer service-oriented. Very nice. The food was good. Love the Jamaica shakes.Just wish was a lit cheaper but Good amount of meat on the sandwiches.Even on just the classics

Thank you Arby’s for a nice quick meal.
However it was quite upsetting to find out that one of your workers that was a male used the female bathroom. Our 15 year old granddaughter was not able to use the bathroom, even though she needed to. Rather than make a scene we left. We are considering taking legal action. Convince me why we shouldn’t.

The guy on the headset literally sighed as if he didn’t even wanna take my order when I pulled up. I asked for a Greek gyro and got a turkey one, it was cold and hardly edible. The crinkle cut fries were hard and cold, wasted my money here. The manager at the window was blunt and rude as well.

All the workers here are amazing and kind expect one older man he makes people feel pressured and unwelcome. He is very pushy and if you don’t order the way he wants he will talk bad about you,he is just very rude. All the other works are awesome and even apologize for his behavior which they shouldn’t have to do as they are busting their asses trying to make sure customers feel welcome and get their food quickly. This older man has not only done this to me but other customers, and it’s not the first time either. The other works shouldn’t have to go out of their way to fix this mans attitude as well as try to make customers he has been rude to feel better. Very disappointing that the other workers have to pick up the slack of someone who seems to do more harm than good.

Justin the Manager is amazing! Best manager of a fast food place I have seen in years! Way to go Justin you definitely deserve a huge raise! I was impressed by him bc he told his crew thank you and good job every time they got an order out in a timely fashion! People need to hear that !!!!! Food was great was our in a matter of a minute or 2 seemed hot and fresh. Keep up the great work Justin and your crew you guys rock!!!!

The lady at the window who helped us with our food and drinks was very nice! But the food was AWFUL my kids wouldn’t even eat the fries I tried them and they tasted like they were cooked in oil that had already been used and sat out. Tasted old, burnt, and spoiled I thought I was going to get sick. Mac and cheese bites were fresh and I didn’t get to try them my kids ate all of them so I’m assuming they were fine. Not sure we will go back just wasted money and my kids are still hungry so will have to stop again somewhere else
