This restaurant exceeded every expectation. My husband and I stopped in last minute, hoping for something delicious without a high price tag, and we were genuinely blown away. The food was exceptional—one of the best French onion soups I’ve ever had. The steak was perfectly cooked, and the selection of five different sauces added the perfect finishing touch.

The truffle fries were outstanding and reheated beautifully the next day. Presentation across all dishes was impressive, and the dessert was a highlight. The apple tart featured thinly sliced apples cooked to perfection with just the right amount of sweetness.

The service was equally remarkable. The staff was warm, attentive, and thoughtful—from offering a purse holder to making small accommodations to enhance our experience. We also noticed how kindly they treated the couple next to us celebrating an anniversary, going above and beyond to make their night special.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The quality of the food for the price point is outstanding, and the staff is genuinely kind. I’m already planning to return for my birthday.

What an amazing experience.
The restaurant is beautiful. The staff are friendly and very professional.
The drinks are fantastic (I had a Lychee Symphony) and the food was perfect, very delicious (Short Rib)
They pay attention to details including providing a purse holder so your handbag doesn’t sit on the floor and asking about dietary restrictions.
Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone from executives to people dining solo…

the food was immaculate! we went for my fiancés birthday and we had mushroom ravioli, i had the mushroom risotto and he had the duck confit. our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable and nice! i think his name was antonio . the cocktails were also amazing and i highly recommend the apple tart dessert it pairs extremely well with the espresso martini. the restaurant is very clean and is decorated very beautifully . the view of discovery green is also a plus, especially if you have fond memories there. we had one of our first dates at discovery green so it was a very meaningful intimate experience. will most definitely return again ! also it’s a quiet restaurant so it is perfect for those whom are sensitive to loud atmospheres which i appreciated greatly.

I visited Brasserie du Parc in front of Discovery Green and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy, with a terrace that offers spectacular views of the park, ideal for a brunch or a relaxed dinner. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict with a jug of hibiscus mimosas, and both were delicious; the fresh flavors and the impeccable presentation stood out. The service was good, the staff was friendly and attentive, although at times I felt that I could have been warmer and faster, especially when managing the tables during peak hours. I recommend this place for its quality French food and its privileged location, but a little more warmth in the service would elevate the experience. I’ll be back to try more of the menu!

My wife and I decided to pop in for a date night just cause. The ambience was exactly what we were looking for. Despite coming in way before sunset, it still felt intimate with the sunlight streaming in. The staff was kind and attentive and set the tone for the visit.

Now onto the food: My wife ordered the Steak Frites. She just ordered it for the fries but, to my surprise, said the steak was very tasty and would definitely order again which is probably a first for her. She does recommend getting the salad dressing on the side as it can get a little heavy. I ordered the Sole Meunière and I can tell you that it tasted great. It was light but filling because of that delicious browned lemon butter sauce and had a perfectly delicate crisp.

Overall, I would recommend this place.

First time here for Restsurant week to celebrate my BFF’s birthday. Lunch was fabulous & service was outstanding. We were lucky to get a parking place across the street at the park- no valet for lunch . Atmosphere was awesome; it was busy so we were seated in the back near the bar which worked out well. Quiet enough to carry on conversations.

From the moment I stepped inside, I felt right at home with the cozy atmosphere that promised a wonderful evening. The menu was filled with mouthwatering options, and I just had to try the escargot as my starter, followed by the steak with frites. It was cooked just right, with that crispy skin and tender meat that makes you savor every bite! The service was top-notch; my waiter was super friendly and really knew his stuff. And let’s talk about the dessert—a delicious crème brûlée presented as a surprise birthday cake for my wife! It was the perfect sweet ending, just melting in my mouth. Overall, my visit was an unforgettable culinary adventure that I can’t recommend enough to anyone craving fantastic French food in a lovely setting!

We came for Houston restaurant week on a Saturday night, all the staff seemed to be preoccupied when we arrived. We were waiting about 45 minutes before we even received water. Our appetizers came before we received bread and water. The service was incredibly slow which soured the experience. We had to ask several times for basic things like sugar, water etc. The saving grace was the food! All of it was fairly good! The seafood risotto maybe needed a bit more salt, but we loved the crab cake, ravioli and ribeye. Ravioli could’ve been a bit warmer

Not sure we’d come back just because the service was super rough, friendly staff maybe just understaffed for the rush.

I went there on a Sunday morning, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I like the fact that they have glass walls so you can people watch without being disturbed from outside noise and Houston heat. I tried the blueberry mimosa out of curiosity and it was delicious and I’m not even a berry person. The crab omelette cooked to perfection and excellent and attentive servers will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Had steak frites and the special of the evening beef Wellington. The beef on both was cooked amazingly perfect. But for $28 for steak frites and over $65 for beef Wellington the steak frites was the better deal as the Wellington was good but not over the top better. Service was spot on. Enjoyed our meal alot.
