I love dominos, but despite living within 3 minutes of this store I drive out of town to a dog gent location.

Great-every time! I have been eating at this Domino’s literally since they’ve opened and I’ve probably accumulated over 30 or more orders and I’ve never had one problem. I have seen some of the same delivery drivers and they have always been very kind and quick to deliver! Thank you for always making my Friday pizza night‘s wonderful 🙂

They are nice people and good pizza. However they barely put any toppings at all on some times…like there could be as little as 2 pieces of a given topping per slice no joke. Sometimes the preparation is excessively slow as well.

Bad customer service, they don’t read the instructions left for the driver, when asked or tried to explain to them what happened they immediately got defensive and they tried to tell me that I was wrong for calling them and trying to figure out why the instructions weren’t followed. I’ve worked at a pizza place myself for many years never have I once experienced the issue of the customer having to be told that they’re wrong for saying that they wanted the instructions for the order to be followed. Never doing business with the company again and I hope they do a great job at reprimanding the representatives of the store for their lack of customer service. Do not call or order from them if you don’t want to be hassled or harassed by management for telling them that they’re wrong for not following instructions which they’re supposed to do.

I have been a long time customer but this particular location is real bad.. they done deliver food on time, neither their food is as per delivery and their staff is so rude esp. the lady working there speaks so rude as if she doesn’t care about customer.. they also take more than 15 mins to pick up their phone.. never heard of a pizza shop making their customer wait to speak that long..if there was -5 I would give to this location

I’ve been ordering from this location for about 2 years, and today was by far the worst experience. The delivery driver dropped my food directly on the ground in the wet dirt and didn’t even wait 10 seconds for me to get to the door. It’s been raining for the past two days — no human should be expected to eat food that’s been sitting in that. When I called the store to report it, the first employee lied and claimed to be the manager. Then another person got on the phone, saying he was the manager — and when I told him about the lie, his exact response was: “Well what do you want me to do about it.” He even tried to claim they “always” put food on the ground, which is simply not true based on my years of ordering here. I ended up throwing the food out, ordering from another location, and I will be fighting the charge with my card. Unprofessional, dishonest, and just a terrible way to handle customers.

I’ve called this Dominos Hopkinton location twice on my lunch break and both times no one has answered my call and I was on hold on the phone for five minutes waiting for somebody to answer the phone. Just take my order. Guess they don’t need my business. Smdh!

I feel bad, it’s a super busy night… but they didn’t even acknowledge our presence when we walked in… had to wait five minutes for the 6 people working to even glance our way. Then they gave me the completely wrong order. When I tried to call to get the right order they didn’t answer the phone.
