how dare you provide EXCELLENT customer service!!! Y’all have me hooked on the cotton candy ice cream! And HOW DARE you staff recommend and upside down cone with a bowl so I don’t make a mess. Best idea ever and worth the wait! i appreciate the service and the recommendation. I’ll be back soon! My first visit and y’all were amazing.

I had no issues with the service or product, my issues are the undisclosed ‘Jerk Fees’ when I used a debit card to pay for my ice cream. It was 4.1% of the total; really? If the extra amount is that important to management, adjust your menu prices.

I used to go to vanilla mousse years ago and it was really good. Today I went there and they had nothing we wanted on the menu. They said they ran out and it was early like noon. The kid behind the counter taking our order was picking at his face didn’t wash his hands or put gloves on. I probably won’t go there again.

It’s the varied and sometimes unusual flavors that set this place apart from other ice cream shops, and the kids that work the counter are hometown friendly! I love the moosecups, which is soft serve mixed with your choice of sorbet flavor, light and flavorful! Bring your pooch…they offer pup cups for free!

Very disappointed we went around mid after and they were out of almost everything. They don’t even know how to make the bull moose anymore I have always loved vanilla moose as a kid but I came back into to town to hit my all time favorite spot and it is not the same.

Re-Visited 5/16/25. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had all flavors of ice cream in stock. My banana pudding ice cream was very good and tasty. Took a minute to get to order and get ice cream. Im still perplexed about why you’d close an ice cream shop so early in the night especially in the summer.

Seven dollars for a root beer float that’s a small size. When I asked for a small root beer float and was told there was only one size for seven dollars I expected it to come out being decently big for that price, But it is smaller than a medium sized cup at sonic.

I got a banana split with Fluffer Nutter ice cream and it was amazing! And the cookie ice cream sandwiches are huge! Oh oh oh and the Coconut Sorbet is soooooo creamy!
