This place was a good find. I was not sure what to order at first then the manager came around and talked to me about the menu. I got the Grand Sampler to try multiple things. The chicken Alfredo was just ok. The pizza was good. Better the some I’ve had at bigger chains. The spaghetti and lasagna were nice. The ravioli was my favorite. It was just a bit different for me. I guess it was the cheese and sauce meshing just right together. I could see myself going back and even suggesting it to others. The downside for me was that I couldn’t dine in. But, that was about it on downsides.

This was the baked ziti meal that was not cooked all the way through. Ty ere was barely any cheese in it. I called to ask at least about the cheese as the meal was described as having 3 different cheese. The person on the phone said he was sorry that’s the recipe. There’s nothing he can say or do except that’s the recipe. HATE THIS PLACE. If you are truly hungry DO NOT go here! This was utterly disgusting food and ridiculous customer service.

I just found out about this Fazoli’s a week or so ago. I enjoyed Fazoli’s in Charleston, SC over 20 years ago and was not disappointed. Food variety and quality was excellent. Service was great. We had the classic and baked sampler with a Caesar salad and cheesecake. There is no dining room here just take out and delivery. If you want great Italian fast food, give them a call.

The service is what will make me give this place another shot. I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place and a man greeted me at the door, handed me my order and was super friendly and kind. He was very sweet and had the best smile on his face. Very kind spirit for sure. This was the best part of my overall experience.
Now the food: Ordered the 2 slice pizza meal that comes with 2 breadsticks, a side salad and a soda. Pizza was much smaller than I expected, seemed like old slices of cheese pizza with pepperoni and cheese thrown on top and heated until melted. The crust was the best part, the garlic butter was on point. Breadsticks were pretty good, the ends seemed a little stale. Salad was inedible, was brown, mushy and slimy on the bottom and the toppings were also mushy. Soda was kinda flat. If I attempt again might give pasta a chance, those reviews looked more promising.

This is not the Fazolis I’m used to. I’ve been fan of Fazolis since I was a child and my dad would frequently take us to the one that used to be in snellville ga. They closed years ago and I didn’t know how or why because they were ALWAYS busy.
I went to a location on my way to Tennessee/valdosta a few years ago, and it was just as good. So I was excited to try this location and become a frequent visitor…
The guy was very nice and it was very clean in there. The food though.. my cheese pizza was burnt and the spaghetti had no flavor. Just noodles (no seasoning) and sauce (water and bland).

Came through on the way up to Tennessee. Is only a carryout location however the food is amazing and the gentleman here makes the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming through

The food was amazing. This place is basically in the middle of nowhere so you want to known is actually there. No the reason why I found this place is because I looked up Italian restaurants. I wish I actually found this place along time ago. There was a lady who was working by herself. She was sweet and she didn’t panic about having our orders and when more people came in. Found out that some people actually came regulars I actually might become one of them soon! My husband ordered the wings and he gave it 10 out of 10. He tried my pastas and enjoyed them. The only thing he didn’t care about was the taste of garlic but he’s actually sensitive to garlic so he can smell and taste it right away. I call him a vampire sometimes because of that. I didn’t taste garlic when I was eating them. Can’t wait to come back and they have an app.

I got the lunch special and was disappointed . The lasagna tastes
like ravioli and it was thin , the pepperoni pizza I ordered was just a premade cheese slice with pepperoni throw on top with a few pieces of shredded cheese , sweet tea taste like Arizona sweet tea , Alfredo very bland , salad doesn’t look fresh . They did give me breadsticks at no charge and that was the best tasting thing I got . Although the customer service was decent , This was my first and last time here .

We thought this was a regular Fazoli’s. It’s a kitchen with self order computer. So it’s only take out. But the lady was polite and the food was delicious. I wish her to have a big space one day!
