Owasso location 86th st. I love when the employees can recommend their favorites! My first time eating there and the employee was able to answer my questions, was patient and friendly, and provided recommendations. Food was great! Will be returning! Blue Zalad with extra veggies for the win!

It’s been a while since I’ve given Zaxby’s a chance and I quickly was reminded of why. During the lunch hour, NOBODY should receive cold food. With fast food prices (amongst everything else), it’s severely disappointing to get home to find your food isn’t what you expected, is cold and tossed in without any consideration to the customer. I didn’t get sauce, napkins or a straw in my bag. The person at the window acted as if my presence was an inconvenience and never acknowledged me except to ask me the name on my order 3x back to back. My coleslaw had spilled into my fries and the extra salt I asked for was concentrated in 1 area (including on my tenders) and made that portion completely inedible.

Due to the sign up, got an offer for Free Snax Big Meal which consists of 3 fingers, fries, toast and a drink. I had the spicy Zax sauce along with it. It was pretty good. It is a good competitor for Raising Cane’s. The flavor of the chicken fingers was good and the crinkle fries was nice.

Worst experience I have ever had from here. I go here 2-3 times a week, I work down the street. Went into the lobby at 7:54pm and I stand there over 15 minutes waiting while the drive thru is being taken care of. Didn’t know I had to go through the drive thru to get taken care of. The lady finally gets to me, takes my order then while I hand her my money, she hands it back to take an order at the drive thru. Won’t support this place if all they care about is there stupid times. Customers in the lobby are important to. Ridiculous!

I would have loved to have given them 5 stars but the fries were brown, like overdone or the oil was dirty and they were way too salty, like burn your tongue too salty. The signature sauce was good.

First time visited but came recommended by a friend. Seating is open and the phase has great lighting. The grilled Cobb salad was absolutely delicious! Great choice for dinner if you love chicken but also want to see healthier options on the menu. If you want an appetizer, I highly recommend the buffalo dip and tater chips!

Service is fast, Chicken was good. I do like the table service, they deliver food to table and ask if you need anything. The Kickin’ Chicken sandwich I received was good until it was making the bread soggy with all of sauce they put on it. The sauce reminded me of something they would put on some chicken wings. Now, eating the chicken strips by themselves were very good plain.
