I truly enjoyed the classic style burger and it was PLENTY to eat. My server suggested the onion rings as a side and I was Not disappointed! Tons of flavor here and can’t wait to try something new again next time! Today I tried the Cheerwine BBQ sauce and it was really good! My server was Trisha and shout out to her she is excellent at her job!
Update while I stand behind my original review it’s the second time here and the second time I was asked may I help you and replied I just wanna eat because the hostess is thoroughly confused by a woman waiting to be seated alone. Can we please normalize being able to feed ourselves

It was my first time here and loved it! Had a delicious grilled chicken salad and shared amazing sweet potato fries. Jamie the GM was fantastic and went above & beyond. Maddie our server was great and very responsive. We got great service, food, and experience. Good lunch specials too! We will be back real soon!

6/25 I came in today for a meal, and with it I asked for extra crispy fries no salt, again it took 2 tries, first time they came out with salt, not extra crispy. The server went to the kitchen to have them corrected and I made sure to say EXTRA EXTRA crispy no salt, so they come out the second time no salt, STILL not extra crispy. Food is expensive and its frustrating to keep sending food back to be corrected. I pay $40+ for a meal to be disappointed. The fries were incredibly soggy and oily.
Update: Came in tonight and had an excellent experience.
Our server Brittany was 10 out of 10, she was absolutely fantastic.
Burger patties were cooked perfectly, we ordered them medium and they came out medium.
The lettuce on the burger was covered in rot spots, which was disgusting. With the chances of food born illness from lettuce/romaine it probably shouldn’t have been served.
I ordered the fries extra crispy, and twice I got hot soggy fries. I do wish they could have gotten that right. I paid full price for a meal but only ate the beef patty with cheese on it.
They have the potential to get better, and I certainly hope they improve.

We have been going to rigsbys since they opened the first location in greenville, we used to love it and eat it almost every Friday. That location went down hill so we started going to the boiling springs location when it opened since that’s where we live and it was great when it first opened but went down hill quick just like the greenville location. So we stopped going and when they opened the spartanburg location we decided we would give it one last chance. Well that lasted all of about 2 years then it went down hill quick. The food sucks now, the fries are always under cooked, the burgers are always over cooked, the chicken always sucks now wings or wraps. We just stopped going to any of them because they all suck now. The quality has just went down the drain! The owners need to fix this ASAP or they will just be a memory for the upstate when they close.

This restaurant was really good! We got the cowboy burger, thunder shrimp, and fish. Everything was delicious ! Our waitress Tiffany was super sweet and did a phenomenal job at taking good care of us! We will definitely be back with friends!

I want to start by saying our server (with all the piercings) was very kind. However it took forever to get food. They said the kitchen was slow but we all ordered salads and a kids grilled cheese. It took almost 45 minutes before we saw food.
The food had good flavor but it cost $5 for adding grilled chicken to my salad and there was barely any on it. Definitely not worth the $5. My daughters French fries were undercooked and the greasiest I’ve ever had.
Atmosphere was alright. I like the look and the people were nice that worked here. Blenders in the bar definitely loud to the point you can’t hear the conversation.
Again o can’t stress enough, our server was incredible! And the GM stopped to apologize. Great people.

I had the pork belly hamburger and fries as well as honey Buffalo wings. My wife had the trio sliders that had pulled pork, chicken, and burger. Was average. Nothing stuck out. Good but average. I gave the 5 star for Maddy. This lady was great. We laughed everytime she came to the table. I asked her to pick my beers, even though she never had them before. Maddy did great. She brirought a great energy to our table. Thank you.

This is probably our favorite local place to order specialty burgers! Their onion rings, malt fries, and parmesian tots are great sides to compliment. The Dirty South Burger with Pimento Cheese, Bacon, and Fried Pickles is my absolute go-to. We just tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich on Texas Toast, which was tasty, but the bread was barely toasted and the bottom was a bit soggy. I suggest sticking to their burgers and wings. Service was pretty good, a lot of younger people working here which is fine. Plenty of space indoors, but also outdoor seating. Overall, highly recommend Rigsby’s. Also, check out their Downtown Spartanburg location.

My family and I ate there this afternoon and we all loved it. We had the brisket tacos, chips and cheese & salsa, and 5 piece wings for appetizers. I got the bacon cheddar burger and fries, my husband got the pit master burger and fries, my son got the chicken and waffles, my youngest son got the kids hotdog, and my daughter got the Belgian waffle. The food was delicious except for the tacos, they tasted weird. Staff was friendly and fast when getting us refills and other stuff

Great little sports bar and grill. I ordered the dirty south burger, and it was really good. My server Lyric was great! A key thing for me is that my tea glass never gets empty. Lyric kept it full and checked on me often. Since this was my 1st time here, I can’t comment on the other food, but I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good burger.
