Came for an iced coffee and hubby tried the new Peanut butter chocolate iced cap. Both were delicious! Super fast, friendly, and amazing service, will definitely be back next time in the area!

My son and I came here regularly for lunch after I pick him up from school. It is our favorite place to go together! I like that he can get fast food that isn’t greasy (grilled cheese paninis are perfect for 5 year olds!) and I love their coffee! He also wants me to add that the inside is very cute!

I got here often and everytime we do we get great service. Even if we do get there and they are out of something after we make an online order they always make up for it and allow us to get the drink we wanted the next day. Also we sometimes have our dog with us and they will give us a timbit for our dog sometimes too!! Love this place.

Employees are friendly, coffee is always made perfectly. Definitely one of the top Tim Hortons in the state; I have tried most of them. At this location, they are consistent, which I appreciate in a Tim Hortons–reliable double double made the same way every time!

Don’t order online from Tom Hortons!
Ordered dozen donuts online, easy. Went there minutes later, out of most ever donut they sell. No way to cancel as online takes money. Told if I wanted donuts to come back the next day. I left without donuts and had to go to Meijer.
When I went back the next day, I was told I could get the online order only after approval from phone call to a manager… Took almost a half hour… Still couldn’t cancel the order… Had to take donuts.
I will never go back to Tim Hortons because they didn’t seem to know what was going on.

I would say they have poor service but using the word service would be overstating. Quite simply I had what appeared to be an off bag of chips. I simply asked to swap them out with a donut and the girl said you don’t get to swap them out just because you don’t like them that’s not how this works. I am sure they’re fine. Seriously terrible service and as you can see the consistent poor reviews we all should stop coming here so maybe a business who cares can go in its place.

Never got to order went in at 10am on Sunday. 6-7 employees standing by the drive through no one said hi or acknowledge my presence stood at the register no one came over to take my order. I left with out placing an order. Sorry I wasn’t worth the time I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
