I came in just past noon on Friday to cash in on some reward points download their app and join their rewards program for delicious free treats and discounts). It was not too busy, so I was able to grab some of their delicious breads and coffee and check out without much wait. Some of my favorites here are the fruit tarts, garlic cheese bread, pork sung bun, egg tarts and spicy sausage bread. My favorite coffee drink is their caramel sea salt iced coffee (they make it hot as well). They have really good cakes too if you are looking for delicious cakes for any occasion. They have some tables for you to sit and hang out to eat your purchase. Employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a current promotion for a Christmas mug for $1.50 with a $30 purchase. They are currently out of the Christmas mugs, but the manager said they will give a rain check for you to pick up later when they get more supply.

Well, it was my first time here and while the place was nice, the bread in those trays were all over the place. I thought I grabbed two different breads only to have two of the same since they were mixed. You need a bit more quality control there. I constantly like eating at bakeries in Japan, so my standards are pretty high. With a better selection and less mixe ups I am sure you would be top tier.
I ended up buying a Mango Cheesecake that could use a bit more mango flavor. Two slices of strawberry cake and two breads with bacon. One of these were suppose to be Jalapeño and cheese I believe. Still, a great place I’d just advice to check your breads a bit closely before purchasing to make sure you got what you wanted.

I had a fantastic experience at **85°C Bakery Café** in Fairfield! The place was impeccably clean and spacious, with a smooth flow that made browsing effortless. At **9:40 AM**, everything was fresh and warm pastries, bread, and pasties were beautifully presented and easy to access.
The customer service was exceptional polite, friendly and smiling, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I picked up a few delicious treats: light, moist, melt-in-your-mouth bread, including custard, red bean, and matcha flavors. My drink of choice was A **strawberry matcha latte** real strawberry bits and perfectly balanced matcha flavor.
Highly recommended to friends, family, and anyone in the area.

We came for the grand opening of 85°C Bakery Cafe in Fairfield and it did not disappoint! It was packed, but the team kept everything running smoothly. Fresh bread was constantly being brought out, the lines moved quickly, and our drinks were made fast and right.
We walked out with a ton of delicious pastries and drinks — all for under $40! The service was great, and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Taiwanese bakery- Fairfield residence are enjoying the delicious bakery items and flavored Boba drinks with friendly efficient staff of workers. I attended the soft opening May 21st and had to go back today again May 24 to pick up some more treats for my memorial day weekend festivities. I’m looking forward to trying out some of their sandwiches on a future visit but be aware their hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and things sell out quickly. They seem to replenish items throughout the day so you’re bound to find something that appeals to your appetite.

I love their entire setup. You walk in, get a tray, and fill it up with all kinds of goodies. This time, I got this wheat type of bread with raisins and walnuts. I popped it in the oven and ate it with butter. I only went to get bread for French Toast. I bought the thick milk bread, and OMG, it was perfect. Among other goodies, I got this pastry with spinach and cheese , mini lemon cupcakes, brownie cookies, and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies.

If you want to get a drink with boba, it’s a good idea to call ahead and check if they still have it, even if you go early. I stopped by around 5:50 PM, but they had already run out of boba. Also, the cashier who was wearing glasses with dark skin didn’t smile or tell me the total; I just checked the price on the screen by myself and paid. She didn’t say ‘thank you’ either, which felt a bit rude.
