Don’t bother going inside, they’ll tell their customers that if they can come inside they have time to wait. They don’t even bother to take orders at the front counter. Instead you have to yell your order to the people prepping in the back. Didn’t even get my order right and got mad when I asked where my side and drink was.

Not sure how this place is still in business. It’s wild to go to a Bojangles that advertises ALL DAY BREAKFAST and they do not have eggs or sausage. What kind of deficient breakfast is that with no eggs or sausage? They NEVER have ready, but they are ALWAYS rude.

We order at the counter and dined in at the Bojangles location.
One staff member was noisy and bossy.

I drove through the drive-through and I was waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. I had to ask was anyone there because no one said hold for a minute at all. Then I had to place two orders one number nine and number 10. Do you know how to repeat myself for a second time because the lady did not hear me. Once I got up to the drive through window. I made sure I said my order again. So there was no issues with my food order before I drove away. Once I got home with my family, I had check the bags to make sure everything looked OK. The green beans were old and cold and smelled funny like they have expired. The spicy chicken sandwich bun was burnt. My wife called them twice yesterday and no one answered the phone. To let them now that their food was not good quality. We would like a refund back. For the poor quality food. The next step is to call the home office for Bojangles.

Never in my life have I been hassled over a honey mustard. Especially one that I paid AN EXTRA DOLLAR FOR AND DID NOT RECEIVE. We shouldn’t have even been charged since we ordered a tender meal. But that’s fine, take the extra dollar. Let me provide evidence of the conversation you heard mere minutes ago. Consider using it to higher more professional employees that aren’t rude and accusatory. The food was great, the service was awful. I already don’t dine in a lot due to a wild toddler. Thanks for being the prickly thorn on an otherwise Happy Sunday Morning!

The only thing that these people that run this place are interested in is being on their cell phone or telling stories in the back. Well based on my personal experience do not visit this Bojangles if you are white, im a wgite man. I ordered just two of the blueberry biscuits. The girl rang me up and then moved to a group of about 5 women laughing and talking, I am the only person in here. I waited for about 5 minutes, for just two biscuits mind you. A black gentleman came in from the drive thru stating he didn’t get his mash potatoes and gravy, with in a minute he got his potatoes and left. I asked the girl are they making the biscuits? She looked at me then turned back talking to the group. I assumed at this time I wasn’t getting my biscuits and wasn’t going to raise a fuss over $3.59 and just left. I did dispute it with my bank. Maybe Im wrong but the evidence before me lead me to this conclusion.

Despite my previous experiences of this chicken restaurant being out of chicken. I decided to risk it, at 6:03 PM, I am the only person in the drive through. I think, I’ll get a 12pc family meal to take home. But alas, they cannot fill the order without a lengthy wait because they dont have enough chicken prepped.

I reiterate. This restaurant, that only sells chicken. Has managed to run out of chicken. Again.

How? How do you mismanage a restaurant so badly that you cannot fill an order for chicken, at your chicken restaurant? Its uncanny.

I would not recommend this establishment based on my recent experience. The staff appeared disengaged and unmotivated, particularly those at the front desk, whose lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disappointing. The food quality was subpar. served cold, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, the portion sizes were noticeably inadequate; I received only eight fries with my meal. For the price charged (which I was overcharged) one would expect both quality and quantity to meet basic standards. Unfortunately this place can’t even meet minimum standards

They gave me this obvious cold old chicken, and the cashier had an attitude and wanted to charge me a dollar for sauce. Totally unacceptable. If I had took this out the bag before driving off I would have returned it and asked for a refund.
