My husband was looking to try this place. We had dinner for Christmas Eve so menu was limited, I was looking forward for the whole menu, but was a more limited menu. We order the octopus, which I love and was very good, soft and tasty. I had the rack of lamb and was very good, soft and tastes full, the roasted vegetables were very good but roasted potatoes, those were kind of dry. My daughter had the ravioli stuffed with lobster and was pretty good and finally my husband had the veal chop was delicious. Finally we had chocolate cake which was really good. Definitely i will like to go back and try the food i wanted to try before they move to Tradition before they move, it’s a shame because there’s nothing this nice with good quality in this part of Port St Lucie. We went out for an early celebration dinner at Ristorante Corleone. It was the best Italian food I have had period. The bread was perfectly toasted and the dip was delicious with a great punch of garlic. Our server Andrew was excellent and kind. He gave us space when my table couldn’t make their minds, didn’t rush us, and he made wonderful recommendations.
I knew what I was getting from the reviews that was the Carbonara and boy did it not disappoint! They had it paired with the perfect noodle that soaked up the sauce, the sauce was silky, peppery, and the Guanciale di Norcia was super crispy, and plentiful.
My wife got the boar ragu which was
bursting with flavor, the pasta was cooked excellent, and meat was so tasty! My mom got the BRANZINO which was done as a fillet on the skin, it was perfectly cooked, and she got the croquettes which were out of this world, the veggies were tasty.
My wife got the delicious affogato with gelato for dessert and my mom got the profiteroles which had the perfect dough and tasty filling. I took home a piece of the chocolate cake which was the only dish we all felt was lacking. The cake was dry, the filling was delicious, and the fudge icing was tough with such a dry cake.
We would give them 10 stars if we could it was a perfect evening. We highly recommend getting a reservation and heading to this amazing place!

If you are searching for truly authentic Italian cuisine you have found your resting place. Family-founded and providing the traditional first-class chef and personable and amazing daughter server you will find a memorable evening of dining. Small dining area that still can seem cozy with mini table lighting seat about forty-five guests. All wait staff are friendly and helpful and bustling about checking and rechecking their tables.
Portions are large with excellent presentation. Loving veal, two of us had Vitello alla Parmigiana and Costata alla Milanese – both memorable. Others were delighted with Calamari fritti, Paccheri alla Norcina, Carbonara, and Spaghetti alla vongole. The perfect ending was the Traditional Tiramisu. They complement meals with an extensive wine list.

We travel to Port St. Lucie regularly for family reasons, and every visit includes dinner at Ristorante Corleone. Chef Luca Corleone Fontanarosa is truly exceptional and runs an impressively smooth operation. In an area filled with chain restaurants, it’s refreshing to find an authentic Italian restaurant that takes considerable pride in the dishes it serves. Over multiple visits, we’ve enjoyed dishes, like Polpo alla Griglia, Risotto ai Funghi, Carbonara, and Spaghetti alla Carrettiera e Gamberi. The Carbonara is my favorite dish. For anyone with a sweet tooth, the Cannoli Siciliani is outstanding.
My wife and I had the opportunity to meet Chef Luca at the restaurant on Ash Wednesday. Luca was gracious and spent a lot of time speaking with us, despite it being a busy night. We were grateful for the opportunity to meet him and even managed to take a few pics.

This is a local gem! The food is authentic, service Is amazing, and the depths of flavor are on point! My husband and I came here for a date night and we had the mushroom risotto, wild boar Pappardelle, along with The limoncello cake, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, and the staff was warm and friendly.

Very authentic Italian food! Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. This is a real family business, worked by the Chef and his family and they pour their hearts into it. They were all so nice and welcoming. The service was superb. So glad we found this spot and will be coming back to try the other dishes. Thank you for the lovely evening!!!

finally had the chance to visit Ristorante Corleone in Port Saint Lucie, FL. Chef Luca has truly mastered the art of serving authentic Italian cuisine without having to go all the way to Italy. The pasta and sauces were perfectly finished, and the salad was exactly what you’d hope for. I tried the octopus for the first time — it was cooked to perfection. If you want to experience how a dish should be prepared and how light and flavorful sauces can be, make a reservation. The service was warm, attentive, and fun. Thank you for a perfect dinner!

My boyfriend took me to a nice dinner here and it was phenomenal!! Our server’s name was Drew and he gave us the most exceptional service anyone could ask for.
