Came in tonight and ordered a burger combo with chili/cheese tots and Frito burrito. The frito burrito was very DRY and had little to no chili, so dry I had to throw it away. The tots were the same way, although had more than the burrito still not the normal amount all other sonics put on their food. I called and spoke to the MGR Gabby and she said they do that at the direction of the GM….. I replied absolutely NOT! I am big paying $25 to be skimped on an ingredient. Just be as the town is booming with outside workers does not look good on what you are doing here. Gabby said she was giving me a full refund, we will see what happens with that!

Very busy location and was very shorthanded. Drinks are all we ordered and they were refreshing however it did take over 30min.

Waited 20+ minutes and ended up having to go inside because the app said my food was already given to me. When I went inside and told a worker the issue she had the audacity to say “are you sure you’re not lying and we didn’t already give you your food?” It took everything in me to still be respectful at this point so I did snap back a bit and say “aren’t you guys supposed to keep track of what you send out? Wouldn’t you know if I’m lying?” And then she went to check and came back just to say “they cleared the order but didn’t take it out.” Maybe before jumping to conclusions and accusing a customer of lying check with your own staff. No apology, just acting like everything was fine, wouldn’t recommend. They also forgot my fries and didn’t have any cheese for my pretzel but it was such a bad experience it’s not even worth going back for them.

Waited 30 minutes for dine in fast food. I had to go up to the counter and ask if our food was ready. Once I asked they brought it out. Food was cold and they had to keep bringing items to our table they forgot to place in the bag. They were making their drive thru more of a priority.

Sonic is not a place that I would genuinely describe is good food. It’s fast it’s easy it’s cheap. You pull into the parking spots for the outside ordering and car experience. However this location is a bit different.
Every other Sonic I have ever been to is soley an outside Eatery. If the weather was bad you’re getting rain and wind in your car. However this one is different. It may not be unique there very well could be hundreds upon thousands of other locations out there that allow you to dine in… But I thought it was unique because I’ve never seen one before. You could enter the building order inside and pull up a seat and eat inside. Inside this location everything was clean. Everybody was nice and friendly. There was absolutely nobody that works there who were even remotely rude. It was a refreshing experience. We sat in a slightly separated room and the air conditioning was fantastic. Normally I’m not one for paying attention to the air conditioning but giving it was a hot day that room was kept nice and cool.
The food was not fantastic. It is a Sonic after all… However my chicken was alright the fries were fine just a bit salty. And my buddy ordered a burger there and he said it was genuinely good.

This location never has customers in the evening but some how they still take soooooo long to get your food. Also, I don’t know what their tea is, but it is NOT tea. It literally tastes like they went outside, grabbed a hand full of dirt and mixed it with water with a really dirty sock. It’s foul.

Shake wasnt filled as much as it could have been, but at least it wasnt melted like a location closer to home. Food was hot and ready when I arrived (I ordered in advance thru their app). Server was prompt and smiling. Thanks Gabby!

This is a nice Sonic with quite the indoor eating area! Very nicely decorated and there’s even a TV and games for kids. The food was typical Sonic, and when the guy taking our order couldn’t hear us he actually ran out to our stall to get everything which was awesome. Overall a good Sonic experience
