When the lady took my order I told her at least twice that I wanted soft shell tacos. When I told her I didnt want crunchy tacos she told me that is what I ordered her. So between the cashier and the girl who made my tacos, awesome customer service and attitude. Ill never come here again!

2025: Friday the 17th I ordered Taco Bell via Doordash. I was disappointed. Not at Taco Bell. At Doordash. They never picked up my order. And as such, Taco Bell threw away my food Because they had to. So On the 18th, I went thru the Drive Thru and spoke with the Manager on duty. 100% Professionalism on behalf of them. They understood the problem, and rectified it. I got the food made that sadly was wasted the night before. The Manger had a good attitude, and knew how to get the order right the 1st time. Thank You. You are appreciated by this customer.

So… this place has never once gotten an order of mine correct.
The employee also get mad if you tell them something is messed up or missing. They act like it’s your problem or you’re being a problem..
when you go in, they try their hardest to ignore you so you use the kiosk, instead of them having to take your order.. sadly, I’d use the kiosk but it doesn’t do everything the way you want.
Overall— Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food places.. but the one that’s in my town, Muscatine, is unfortunately the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever ordered food from.

I AM BEYOND PLEASED WITH MY MOST RECENT VISIT. Morgan was the best window service i’ve experienced in awhile! She was polite and took our order with easy, handled our card well and took extra care of making sure we got our sauce! The service and atmosphere is about what I expect from any fast food restaurant. But, this is like the 3-4 time that the items from the fryer have tasted rancid, like they aren’t regularly checking and changing the oil.
