The last time I went here; oh, it was terrific. The general manager was a wonderful person and she got things done. Our food took a little bit more time to cook up, but it was VERY much worth it. I’m not a fan of the beer batter cheese fries, it’s not all what it’s hooped up to be, but still OK to eat. We will be coming back for sure.
Alright, we came back and ordered. The French fries were too dry and were old. They were no longer than an inch long and some were hard as a rock. Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel and serving old dried fries to a customer. I had to remove the five stars.
We came back again, Order number 338007. Olga was our cashier through the drive thru. The fries were dry, hard, and the size of a penny. The Star was dry and the bun was dry and old. The chicken sandwich was terrible. You can see through the tomato it was cut so thin. The lettuce was old and limp. We wasted our money at the end of the day and now I have decided to no longer go here because of this and they do NOT return phone calls. They don’t even answer their phone. I have downgraded them to one star.
Update: I finally received a phone call from the store manager. She was very nice and offered me to come in and get the entire meal again. We’ll see what happens from here.

We ordered a chicken sandwich for my daughter a plain one with nothing on it they gave us a burnt looking piece of chicken it was gross and my lil girl couldn’t even eat it that is so sad and the guy didn’t want to fix it

Getting the opportunity to order in the phone is the best. Traffic can be a bit crazy to enter and leave, but still a great location

I normally go to the one by costco because it has never let me down in service and order accuracy. But I think this place is also on that same level. Genaro provided exceptional service every time I went back to order something different or ask for condiments. And he was patient and did not look annoyed at all even though I kept forgetting to order some things. This is a good place to eat Carl’s Jr.

Nice place to stop by if you’re driving through. Tons of truck drivers so roadways are a but beat up. Food was good. However, it was quite a long wait. Unfortunately, one of the food items my family and I purchased was overcooked and inedible.
