We stop here only because of convenience. Customer service is terrible. The condiments are always out so you have to go to the counter and ask for sauce, napkins and other condiments. You get a look by the counter person like you are a bother. They tossed me the sauce packets not even looking at me. The tables are always dirty. Nobody comes out to check or wipe down tables. Floor hasn’t been swept. Picture included shows no napkins and sauce pumps not working.

Stopped by 12/29/25 @9:18. Could not order anything with roast beef on it from the roast beef restaurant because a manager wasn’t present to slice the roast beef. Ordered a Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich and a chicken wrap. After returning to the interstate, planning to enjoy our meal on the way home, we found everything to be COLD. So after driving two hour home we were able to microwave our purchase. If I’m ever forced to shop this location again, I will certainly check my food before leaving.

I stopped on my way to a job site and ordered a beef and cheddar meal got to work 30 minutes away and they didn’t not put and cheese or sauce on it. Didn’t offer and sauce or ketchup either and none was in my bag. My kids meal didn’t get ketchup either or sauce for the nuggets.

4 months later-its getting to a point where they are always out of something pertaining to a sausage egg biscuit. No bisket on a Monday. No egg on a Thursday. (Owner) please supply your restaurant with FOOD if you want my buisness.

2/$7 nugget deal is a scam. You can get bigger nuggets at any other fast food joint than here. No chicken. Just fried dough. We are local here but now would think twice before spending money here. Not sure if these was employee fault or management decision but it’s definitely not worth it.

I usually get these sliders and never before has the chicken not been big enough to fill the tiny bun. Generally the chicken piece hangs over the edge, but not this time, completely contained and half the bun with nothing between it. Plus it was hard like it was nuked till there was no moisture left in it. I’m out here on the road and I am on the edge of not getting Arby’s anymore. It’s like back and forth with good and bad Arby’s experiences. I get it, it’s a cheap item, but considering I get 2 sliders just about everytime we go through a truck stop with an Arby’s. I get the gyros too, but I try to reserve that for Arby’s with good reviews because the value of those can be wildly different between who makes them too.

Stopped here because online said it was 24hours and it was like 2am while I was on the road. I think I pulled up I think they were changing shifts which seemed to put about a 45min delay on ordering. Other than that the food was fresh just took a long time. It seems them took and order and finished it to its completion before taking the next order.

first time actually going myself but i have heard from several people about their “shift change” issues so i knew to make it before 10 pm. the guy that took my order was pretty friendly but the food was really lacking. fries were way too salty, and immediately felt sick to my stomach after finishing my sandwich which was not great to begin with.
also, their milkshake machine was down which was one of the main reasons i decided to go.
can ellabell please get some better fast food options around here???

Customer service doesn’t exist here, called the three young guys working at the front for cups three times, even raised my voice with them right in front of me and ignored me, I desisted and started complaining here., definitely not coming here ever.

Was here 5 minutes before “shift change” at 10:25, and was told they would take orders in 15 minutes,
35 minutes later they decide to end “shift change” at 11:00 and they then let me and my girlfriend know that they aren’t serving milkshakes at all..
What a time to be alive. Do not go here if you have brain cells.
