I waited 15min for my mobile order only to find out my order couldn’t be completed because they ran out of the protein and the girl in the mobile order desk was not paying attention to mobile orders area to tell me I had to find out from cashier and wait for my order to be completed. Then I get back to work and realize they forgot to give me utensils and my tortillas that I ordered. I normally dont care much when they’re busy but please try to check your stuff.

Ordered a bowl and a cup of ice. There was GLASS in the cup of ice. I almost served this to A CHILD. Went back to store and all the workers did not seem to care at all. They continued to allow customers to get ice from the same machine I got ice from. I would advise severe caution going here as they clearly have no regard for what they are serving their customers.

There is a right time and a wrong time to visit. I very much enjoy Chipotle and visit this location at least once a week. I have noticed that during lunch hours and dinner hours the staff is slightly on edge and are just trying to rush you through the line. During non-peak hours however, the staff is friendly with smiles and they take their time with making your food. Would also like to mention that this is the best Chipotle location I’ve been to. Cheers.

Ordered the new Carne Asada. Didn’t look anything like the picture and was very overcooked and tough. The chips in the bag were stale. Also have noticed, the staff rarely smiles at the customers. Burrito photoshoot…I’m so happy. I hadn’t even noticed I didn’t eat today till I sat down and truly beheld my eyes upon this perfection. I genuinely almost cried. It’s the best thing I’ve ever put into my mouth. It’s a masterpiece. No greater thing has ever been created. Combined with the carbonated twang of my orange Fanta drink, I am now in nirvana. Like the band. Disregard my words yesterday that suggested otherwise. This is it. This is the best burrito I’ve ever eaten. They could totally give bigger portions,other than that,delicious.

This is a five star rating for chipotle based on chipotle and the fast food industry. The service was friendly and fast as there was 8 of us in our party.
The servings were a generous especially when it came to the added guacamole, which I appreciated since it come as an additional cost.
When I’m craving chipotle, I’ll deathly be back and recommend if you like chipotle food. They also did have some outdoor seating, but with it being summertime looking to do.

Rootless Destinations
I ordered the chicken bowl with white rice, shredded cheese, black beans and salsa on side, side of guacamole and chips.
The bowl was cold, even the beans and meat. I was charged $5.67 for chips and a very very small guacamole, which is ridiculous! The total meal was $16.18 and no drink. The meal didn’t even look appetizing. I ate very little, was disgusted and disappointed. Money not well spent and never, again.

This Chipotle location employees are on top of their game.. always so cordial, very impressed with their professionalism. Unlike the location on 290 and 34th, where I had to always repeat my order 2 or 3 times for the person behind the counter… so irritating.
Example:
Employee – Hi, what can we help you with?
Me: Yeah, let me have a chicken bowl, please.. with brown rice and pinto beans.
Employee- Grabs a bowl and asks, 20 seconds later, mind you.. What would you like?
Me: Chicken bowl with brown rice and pinto beans….
Employee – Puts a spoonful of brown rice, pinto beans, and asks, what kind of meat?
Me: Chicken

First, the food was great. The rice was not as hard as at some other Chipotle locations; it was freshly cooked, and I didn’t encounter any issues.
Secondly, the service was okay but could be improved. The staff served us well, but they forgot to provide one cup of water. Additionally, they didn’t clean the tables often enough, leaving behind crumbs and trash, although customers could take the initiative to clean up after themselves.
Lastly, the atmosphere was not the most comfortable. The servers behind the counter often stared out at the customers, which made me feel a bit nervous, as if they were expecting something. The music was playing at a reasonable volume, and the restaurant wasn’t too empty or too crowded. I would consider going to Chipotle again, but I might avoid this particular location unless I don’t want to travel further to another one.
