Del Taco is generally Del Taco across all locations, but sometimes you find a gem that has a step above good service to great service or the food seems to be a little more generous. This is that location. I have never had a problem with any of the food or the employees here. They’re always friendly and helpful. (Don’t blame the employees for the touch pad ordering, that’s corporate and not the workers. They will gladly help you with that if you have trouble. ).
This location is always, 100% clean, friendly, helpful and serving delicious food.
Tonight was no exception. I barely slipped in under the hour they close the dining room. Enrique was nice enough and understood what I needed. I put my order in via the giant tablet and Enrique made it quick and fresh. I returned the favor by being out as quick as I could.
Special thanks to Enrique and the other staff that go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. This includes management. Thank you all for the outstanding job you do. As for the negative reviews, I’m sure things happen that are out of their hands, but maybe take a look around and see the big picture. These people do a great job and putting the service in customer service.

Food orders are frequently wrong. Don’t even think about customizing your order (e.g. Asking for no lettuce, or no tomatoes) this just confuses them so they just usually leave it on there for fun. The front-end is rude, they have an attitude. They don’t ask you how you are or tell you to have a good one. Just « here you go, bye. » One even yelled at me because I said « sorry what was that » after I couldn’t understand his broken English. Overall, food is good (when the order is correct) and service is bad. They should really just fire everyone at this point, and factory reset their whole staff.

I initially went through the drive thru and wanted to have 2 separate orders. One for me and one for my wife. We wanted to use the 2 for $6 coupon on the double del cheeseburger. I was greeted by Yesnia at the drive through window. I told her I wanted 2 seperate orders. As soon as I finished the 1st order she asked me if I was going to use a coupon. I told her yes. She immediately came at me strongly saying “YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE COUPON PER ACCOUNT, PER PERSON”. I told her I had 2 seperate accounts (people) so I wanted to use the coupons for both orders. I have done this so much before and it is no issue if I have 2 people in the car and also using 2 separate accounts. YESNIA refused to take my second order. I told her I would come inside and order it then if she wont take my second order/coupon. As we came to the window YESNIA said “OH YOU HAVE 2 PEOPLE IN YOUR CAR?” I told her YES and this is what I was trying to tell her in the drive through but she did not understand me for some reason . I told her I am not sure why she gave me a hard time using a coupon. She stayed quiet and had no response. I now had to go inside and order because of Yesnias mistakes. I believe she is a manager and this is definitely not how a manager should be. When I went inside It took 20 minutes to get my second order. AND on top of this! The male manager that was working this shift, was arguing with a poor old man who just wanted to know how to pay with the kiosk. These managers really need to be re trained and learn some manners. I’m really not too sure I’ll return to this del taco and I have came here for YEARS.

This is how my bun taco looked when I unwrapped it! Looks like it was done intentionally, like they were going to throw it in the trash.
I contacted corporate (see below) they offered me a $1 coupon for my trouble! No apology? That dollar was an INSULT!

Came in today thru the drive thru.. Girl on the mic rushed the whole order i understand you’re busy and all but my burrito was wrong.. When I finally got my order at the window it looked like they carelessly just thru the burrito into the bag and it was also unwrapped… Had to park and come back inside and show them got a bit of an attitude about having to get the burrito remade… Next time take your time listening instead of rushing and all of this could’ve been avoided. Always have loved Del taco.
