Fenomenal place. These fries were lowkey elite. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside that perfect balance where they don’t feel dry but also not soggy. The seasoning actually hit (not just salty for no reason), and they stayed crunchy even after sitting for a bit. Low effort food, high effort flavor. Would 100% order again.

I just placed an order for my team (16 people) many of them had special requests and Hi Pointe made every single meal perfect with nothing missing. This place was great! The burgers were delicious, all the toppings were fresh. Cool theme and the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and the food came out quick. I ordered the turkey burger and added avocado. It was amazing! They also have the impossible burger. It’s great to have other options other than just beef. The fries were amazing and they have all the condiments on the table including mayo. Oh, they server beer too!

Burger was great! Messy, a little greasy, but delicious. A double was huge! Fries were hot and crispy, fluffy on the inside, yummy! I wouldnt order the green beans again, not seasoned, just okay. My son had a smores shake that was awesome.. worth the 6.99 price tag. We’ll go again. Three for the service because I aksed twice if someone could provide the wifi password and both times the staff said they would, but never returned. In their defense, they were pretty busy.

Most of the other reviews rave about this place- I believed the same, and decided to go here with 1 other person for dinner. I had been here one other time before this, but it was right when this location opened so I didn’t remember much.
Walking in the atmosphere seemed chaotic and loud, lots of families with crying and loud children. We waited in line and eventually were called up. Now, I understand when places are busy that you want to get through the order taking process quickly. I more than understand, I’ve worked in food service long enough myself- that being said, the speed at which the person at the front counter used was unreasonable. I had not been there in quite a long time, and they kept interrupting us while we were trying to talk. After we were done placing our order, it was way pricier than I thought it would be- almost $50 for 2 people. I could go to Freddy’s just a few stores down and get more food for almost half the price that I paid for simply 2 burgers, 2 fries, and drinks (one being a shake).
After we sat down and received our food, I noticed that there was some sort of wet substance on the bun of my burger- like I said, I understand that during rushes accidents can happen, but it was an unreasonable amount for a single burger (of which you can see in the background of the attached photo). I believe it to be raw meat juice, blood, or even simply juice from the patty itself- though judging by the fact that it had a reddish appearance, I would think it would be the two former options. After digging in, I quickly realized that there was quite a lot of pink in my burger. I didn’t remember the person at the front counter asking if I wanted pink or not, so it was odd that there was so much for just 2 thin patties. The burger was hot and fresh, so there was no doubt in my mind that it was cooked- that being said, I didn’t know if it had been cooked thoroughly, and have been worrying about whether I’ll receive food poisoning since I ate this meal. I also didn’t want to finish my burger due to even more of the meat juice on the opposite side of my bun.
The fries in this meal were also not impressive. They didn’t seem cooked through too much, and some were even still slightly soggy instead of the crispy or soft that french fries ought to be. Other than the food, there were also notable mentions such as tables being dirty, the fountain drink area being dirty and having no water, and even the ice machine was broken.
Overall, I don’t feel like returning here after the experience that I had tonight.

I tried the chopped cheese sandwich which was pretty good.I think next time I’ll order with double meat.My wife ordered a turkey burger with bacon.Which she enjoyed overall a good experience.I would recommend

Hi-Pointe has the best burgers in town! This is my family’s favorite local spot and we recommend it to people as often as we can. If you love smash burgers, a chill atmosphere, kind staff, and photo-worthy milkshakes, you’ll love Hi-Pointe! It is always fresh and delicious, which makes it worth every dollar spent. Also, be sure to check out their specials board, because they are always cooking up something incredible that you wouldn’t expect. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

I wanted to try this location out and compare it to the few others iv been to.
I stopped in here a little before 7pm on Thursday night.
I have never been to this location before but its pretty easy to get into the parking lot and find off mid rivers mall drive.
The outdoor patio seating looks great for a nice night.
Inside was very clean and it wasn’t too busy.
I walked right up to the counter and placed my order of a friso melt with egg..and added their drink and fry deal.
At just above 19$ for it all it was just a few cents off from the chesterfield location.
The food came out rather quick and looked delicious as I had waited all day to enjoy a meal to myself.
The Frisco melt was well put together and held its shape the whole meal.
I don’t enjoy when your eating a nice burger with an egg and things are falling out as ya bite.
The fries had a nice amount of seasoning.
They have soda products from Excel bottling company which is made just over in breese illinois. Lots of different choices of sodas that are very locally made.
They have a drive thru in case you want your food to go.
Inside was really nice and clean and it wasn’t too busy.
I did see an employee cleaning a table just after some customers left so they seemed on point with keeping the seating area clean.
They have your ketchup..mustard..mayo.. special sauce on the table along w napkins
It was another solid meal done by hi-point.
I’ll try more locations and see how the atmosphere for sure.
I have been to 4 out of the 9 hi-points so far.
Been a very happy customer and hope to enjoy more meals in the future.

Honestly a disappointing expansion of what was once a really fun restaurant in St Louis. The menu feels so safe and sterile. The atmosphere and decor is true to the spirit of the hi pointe on mcausland but there just doesn’t seem to be any edginess that I enjoyed from the original a decade ago. Its a decent spot, nothing special, but goodish.
