Such a delicious gluten free bakery!! The cinnamon roll was out of this world, and I loved the loaf of bread and magic bar we bought as well. The store was clean and welcoming. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and you can’t beat the positivity, friendly attitudes and kindness of the employees. My friend and I felt very welcomed the moment we walked in. They were very kind to our children as well. Such sweet people and again, excellent gluten free treats!

A haven for delicious vegan (& beyond) delights in the South Central PA area.
Every time I walk into Erica Joy Bakes, I feel welcomed. The staff is kind and passionate about their creations and how the energy of the space feels.
For a fellow vegan loved one’s birthday, I asked if they could make a dessert which was not common nor have they ever had on their menu – they went above and beyond and provided beautiful and memorable results.
So if you’re looking for treat with any dietary preferences/restrictions or not, this is the place!

Thank you for bringing your creations baked with love into our community!

When I found Erica Joy Bakes, I read on her website where she says she feels she has perfected the art of gluten free baking….and I was very suspicious. I mean, perfected is a strong word!
I went to check it out, and I realized that she has indeed perfected gluten free baking! Everything here, from the cookies, to the cinnamon rolls, to the scones, and the biscotti are absolute perfection.
It is so amazing to finally have a place to go where everything is safe and delicious! I have been bringing and will continue to bring my family and friends who are gluten free, because this place is truly magical.
Even my father-in-law, who does not eat gluten free, was convinced the cinnamon rolls were not safe for the rest of us to eat, because they were “too good to be gluten free”!

My wife and stopped in for a mid-afternoon snack (yes cinnamon buns count 🙂 as she is gluten free. She shared some of her cinnamon roll and I was blown away at home delicious it was. I never would have guessed it was GF. Would highly recommend.

When friends and I found this area for a bachelorette celebration (middle ground between VA, MA, and NY where we all live), we were so thrilled to find there was a gluten free bakery (one of us is Celiac). However, the bakery would be closed on the days of our visit. I reached out via Erica’s website form with our slightly (very?) unconventional cake idea and she responded immediately with resounding positivity AND offered to open on a day off for us to pick it up.
Erica, thank you so, SO much for making our time in PA so special with this hilarious cake. Everyone loved it. You nailed the vision and brought it to life even better than we could have imagined. Not to mention this was an absurdly delicious cake. The red velvet was phenomenal. We feel so lucky and appreciative that you accommodated us—this community is beyond fortunate to have you in it. We all can’t wait to visit again and will certainly plan around your normal business hours to be able to experience some more delicious treats! Thank you x a bajillion, we won’t forget this.

Came here for the first time today. I’m glad I did! I was already coming to Lanaster from 45min away and decided it would be worth the extra drive to check out. There was a LOT of options, including some vegan baked goods- cucakes, cinnamon rolls, muffins, brownies, donuts… too many to name them all.
I will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area. Thank you

I can’t say enough about this shop. It is a destination for me now, to have a treat when I arrive and take home fresh bread for the best French toast I’ve had in over 10 years. The biscotti, cinnamon rolls, and zucchini bread were all worth the trip.

Yesterday, on a day trip to Lititz, I bought gluten-free baked goods from Erica Joy’s for the first time. I was not disappointed! Both the sourdough bread and the oatmeal bread were delicious. The sourdough bread didn’t even need to be toasted to be wonderful; it had a real sour dough taste and chewy texture, and was nicely moist. When I first sliced the oatmeal bread it seemed a little on the dry side but with a short time in the toaster it was perfect. Since almost all gluten-free products need to be toasted lightly for best taste and texture, this did not surprise me, and I was really pleased with the delicious result. The cinnamon roll, when briefly microwaved, was the best gluten-free cinnamon roll I’ve had in the 20 years I have been eating gluten-free. I just suggest removing the icing, briefly microwaving the roll, and then putting the icing back on. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning there on our next trip to Lititz and trying a few other product products.
