went through the drive thru around 1030 and tried to order but the person taking my order was impossible to understand and didn’t ask any questions about my order like size or sauce. we took the food right home to find that my bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, tomato, or lettuce, and everything was so cold. i usually don’t have issues here but it was just this one guy in there and he didn’t seem to know what was going on…

This place seems to get worse and worse each time I go. I went through the drive thru recently and when I pulled out I was missing half my food yet there were like 4 employees hanging out by the drive thru window so how they all missed it is beyond me. Then we went today and we dined inside, the food was cold and clearly wasn’t fresh. The cheese on the burger wasn’t even melting and the bacon just crumbled up like old overcooked bacon that had just been sitting around for a while that they decided to place on the burger. When I went in the employees were just standing around on their phones having a casual conversation amongst themselves so I don’t see why the food wasn’t being made fresh. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.

I got locked in the bathroom and they didn’t do anything! The lady just gave us sass, talked to someone else, and then proceeded not to do anything. The person that the lady talked to also didn’t do anything. The worst part was that the toilet didn’t flush! So my dookie was stuck there! The wait time is really bad too. Worst Wendy’s ever. Shoutout to Denise though.

We ordered food a half hour before the dining room closed. We couldn’t get any ketchup out of the dispensers… they cleared them already for the night. The garbage cans were all sitting out all over the place with no liners in them. We were told to be careful because she already mopped. They shut the soda machines off on us. Then it took 25 mins to get our order and then they stared at us, like when are they gonna leave the dining room. It was an uncomfortable customer experience at best. We spent 50$ for that kind of experience.

Charged for 3 Frosty’s refunded for 2..However when arrived back at our hotel,our order was missing almost half of what I ordered. My sandwich and our daughters nuggets were not in the order..We are visiting from out of state and not driving back to restaurant to possibly get corrected or refunded..

Waited in the drive thru for 10min. If you are looking for a quick fast food restaurant this isn’t your place to go. Friendly staff, great food, just be prepared to wait a little while.
