We got our son new skis and boots from Evo website and after the first few runs his feet hurt so we found the Evo store in Evo Hotel and Sierra Surf Club inside there too to take the boots to get them heated to mold to my son’s feet. The ski store had excellent services so we decided to try the restaurant too and it turned out a wonderful experience.
This establishment is amazing, it has a bar, a ski shop, a hotel, ski rental, restaurant all in one. This is what one stop shopping means LOL.
The table has the view of the lake very beautiful.
The server was extremely pleasant and attentive. We’re only the second table in the place because it was early.
The prices are quite reasonable, there are many plates to choose from. My daughter ordered the Morchata Frozen and she loved it.
We always like to have some appetizers and we ordered the mushroom lettuce wrap and it was amazingly delicious, the mushrooms caramelized to perfection with just the right marinated sauce, so unique and tasty. The whole family enjoyed immensely.
My son ordered the appetizer slow cook pull pork poutine and it’s so huge, really for sharing but so cheesy and tasty.
My wife Surf Side Burger with Wagyu beef was so tender and great.
The poke bowl is tasty and huge for my daughter.
I finished all my Scotty Lapp sandwich with my ice tea, the pull pork has just right amount of sauce, not too sweet.
We finished our meal with Dark Chocolate cake and ice cream. It was a great dinner in an expected restaurant in Tahoe.

Predatory pricing aimed at tourists who don’t know better. I’m a local, and I do. Good atmosphere. Very good food. But not $30 for a noodle bowl good. There is no service, you seat yourself and order from the bar. It’s attached to Evo hotel. You could stay at the Ritz-Carlton for what you would spend here.

Lolly and I along with Fire Chief Steve Leighton just had our first lunch at the Sierra Surf Club in Tahoe City. Located in the historic building that was home to The Blue Agave for so may years, it’s part of the new Evo Campus including the recently refurbished motel.
Our Poké Bowls and Burger were excellent. The presentation was beautiful. Bowls were plentiful with fresh ingredients and a copious amount of Ahi.
The surroundings are bright and new with a beautiful view of Big Blue, and the staff is super friendly.
This location which has been a beloved spot in our community will continue to be a great place for dining, refreshments, and gathering.
Thanks Evo, for being such good neighbors!

Atmosphere was great. This place has a great vibe, really liked the record player listening station with a plethora of albums on display. Food was solid and portions were decent. Coffee (order art the bar) was really good. Plus, right across from the water and staff was very friendly. Also, they had one of the largest mocktail selections I’ve ever seen. Including the NA Old Fashion pictured.

Attended a casual mixer following a day long meeting. The staff was welcoming, the drinks were lovely, and the view was spectacular. Great apres ski vibe that made it hard to leave at a reasonable hour!

They totally nailed this place. Food is always first for me, and the food is delicious. The ambiance and view is icing on the cake. So much Tahoe history here, and they’ve updated it with lots of style. Service was also pleasant, fast, and helpful with questions. Loved it!

We sat down here and thought this place had a strange menu. But we decided to stay and so glad we did. We shared the burger with salad and the poutine fries and were super impressed with all of it. So fresh and the food tasted amazing! So many flavors!! Then we found out they had only been open since March 1st. We were really impressed! Go!

Finally – a Tahoe restaurant that has great food, great drinks, and a great vibe!

We had the birria rangoons and the chicken sandwich – both were tasty. I really liked the Miami Vice drink (a daiquiri and piña colada mixed together.) We chose to sit in the sunroom near the bar which was nice and airy.

Their menu currently is mostly bowls and sandwiches, which makes it good for lunch. I’m hoping they’ll continue to expand their menu, because we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Tahoe.
