I’ve lived in the area for 3 years now and the night crew literally never has it together. Always running out of black beans before 9:30pm and giving dry crusty potatoes. Tonight was extra special, the night “manager” ,is child-like with attitude and mannerisms. He was rude from the beginning and when we pulled up to pay he went to the kitchen for some time and ended up messing our order up. I came back roughly 10 minutes later for a refund and the manager didn’t have the courage to do the transaction, a young lady helped me instead. I recommend spending the extra time and gas to go to Alma or saint johns!

I have been here twice. Took forever for our food, the tenders were soggy and so salty I couldn’t eat them. The biscuit was hard and dry. The mashed potatoes and grave was crusty around the edges. I will call corporate which I never do. Disgusting both times could not even eat it. Do better.

Fast friendly and service, I got a big box of soft shell tacos. For my taste they could have put a little bit more cheese on the tacos but they were good. I didn’t have to cook.

Have been to this location in the afternoons and evening. The. Service is great in the afternoon. The even the workers act like it is the worst thing to have to help someone else. They messed up out order, and the food is worse than it’s ever been. The prices are up and the portions are about 1/2. The bowl I ordered at lunch didn’t even cover the bottom. Looked nothing like the picture on the menu.

Order was taken, read back just fine and came out to $29 and some change came to the window gave them a $20 gift card and a $20 bill to cover the change… charged us the wrong bill the first time and gave us our food, asked me for more money to cover the $9 and told him the same thing had a $20 gift card and gave him 20$ for the change long pause… proceded to not give us our drinks and threw a $20 bill at us and said “I’m too drunk for this have a good night”… night crew is a mess… so called drunk was phoniex.

a biscuit and some forks were forgotten when we were first handed our bag, no big deal, we asked the cashier for them and she got it, but we noticed in that time we were also missing a drink. when we said this to the cashier she was very rude about it, rolled her eyes, and gave us a cup that had overflowed and dripped everywhere, then slammed the window shut.

The lady at the counter was very rude. I ordered my food and I had ordered a side of mashed potatoes with my Mac n cheese and a meal. My food came and there was no extra side of mashed potatoes and they refused to get me my side of mashed potatoes. Then she rudely told me I had to pay for it after I tried to correct her mistake when I ordered it the first time and it was clearly her fault. The night crew sucks.

The night crew continuously gets orders wrong and the food quality is poor compared to the day crew. They sound rude when taking your order and when you get to the window they seem like they hate their jobs. It’s sad that my three star affects the day crew because they clearly are there to do their jobs. Do better night crew. I’ve been in fast food. Make the orders how you would want them served to you.

Came there for a chicken Catina bowl no pico, had a little pico in it and literally 4 small pieces of chicken. Mine as well called it a vegetable bowl.
The black beans were super dry could tell they were old. Attached a photo of the little bit of chicken there was & the dried black beans.
