This taco bell is in a good location off the freeway. Plenty of parking. All taco bells are now kiosk order only. I don’t care particularly but hey its a new Era we are living in. As far as the food it’s taco bell as usual. You get what you get.

Ordered a 12 pack, got 7 hot sauce packets. They even went through the trouble of counting 7 packets based on the order details. Absolutely whack!

Very clean and friendly service here. I got 2 grilled cheese burritos and a grilled cheese fries, which were fresh and tasted great. The only negative I have is that some of the cheese is a little under-cooked/not melted, so obviously they rushed to get the order out.

If you haven’t tried the nacho fries or any varient of them like the grilled cheese fries, I highly recommend doing so. The nacho cheese and their seasoned fries are a fantastic combination.

The cheesy bean & cheese is a great option for the littles. It’s full of cheese and it’s really cheap.

Little disappointed when I pulled in to order breakfast burritos and was informed they no longer serve breakfast.

Had no issues initially. Drive through, ordered my food and paid. Man (Mercedies is name on receipt) hands me the bag, I look in and no hot sauce. No biggie. I ask for a couple packets and the response I got was following his exasperated eye roll

“Man I was about to ASK YOU but you just rolled off. Now you want hot sauce?!”

It was a simple thing, but the drive through employee made it into an issue when there was none. I said I would please like some hot sauce and he continued to act like this is the biggest inconvenience. “HERE” and dumped a variety of sauces in my hand and turned away staring down the empty lane behind me.

Aside from not putting the extra onions on my food, the customer service leaves alot of room for improvement. Is this the new Taco Bell standard?

We went through the drive-thru coming back from the bay area. The food was delicious. I had a ground beef burrito, and they remembered my no onions. It was perfect. Hubby had his order mad to perfection. It was the right meal to get us home.

I don’t eat Taco Bell, but my son does. The employees at this one were great when they accidentally forgot to give us a food item.

I usually have positive experiences at this location, but on 3/26/25 at 4:45 PM, I encountered
poor customer service. While ordering at the drive-thru, I requested a substitution of beans for meat. The cashier responded rudely, stating, “I can’t control what the cooks do.”

I explained that the app allows ingredient swaps, but he dismissed this and insisted that substitutions weren’t possible—only additions or removals. His tone was demeaning, and the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult.

I hope management provides training on both customer service and how to properly use the register functions. I later visited another Taco Bell, where my request was accommodated without issue, just as it has been in the past. I’ve attached proof of the ability to substitute from another Taco Bell location that day.

Rude employees… we were standing there for 15 min just waiting for someone to show up to ask about our order if it is ready or no …. They can see us but they kept ignoring us …. And in the end when they finally come to the front desk, we ask if this is our order they said we don’t know if you ordered it online that’s mean it’s yours. And we found out at home the they messed up our order ….

Not bad location. Only major complaint is the employee on his break, watching a movie, very loud, for all to hear.
