Food was ok. Rebecca who took our order was wonderful. But trying to get a refill on drinks was another matter. My friend who is blind and his wife went to the counter to get a refill and was totally engored. After a few words were spoken the lady who i believe was the manger finally turned the the girl next to her and said go ahead. Will not eat at that location again.

On all the Parker sites in Greenville it can be a hit or a miss. Tonight was a miss. Chicken was dry & apparently been sitting under the heat light for a time & the chicken qizzards were not fully cooked. I ordered corn sticks well done & they were not. We have been to the main restaurant on Memorial & the service that night sucked.

Other Restaurants should follow Parker’s Leadership. There are very few GREAT restaurants in the Greenville area. I had a small problem with Parker’s Restaurant on Greenville Blvd. I spoke with the manager. To summarize; the manager did not solve the problem. He gave me the number to his Supervisor, Mr. Parker. Mr. Parker, took my call and listened to what happened. Ultimately, he can’t fix a problem unless he is aware of it. Mr. Parker is Very approachable and personable. Thank you Mr. Parker for listening. Parker’s restaurant is one of three restaurants that I consider to be Great Restaurants, in the Greenville area. I am a school trained Sous Chef and a retired ICU RN. If You choose Parker’s to cook for You…you have made a wise choice. If You have a problem, they listen.

Ive been quiet long enough!! You charge 10 dollars for a bbq sandwich, fries and a tea, I get there at 11, someone wanna tell me why a bbq restaurant is serving cold bbq and buns at 11 oclock!!??? Also anyone wanna tell me why the gville blvd location has a 92 health rating when the newer locations were built with floor to ceiling tile so the entire kitchen could be cleaned!!?? How long are we going to allow as patrons to these establishments to keep charging these overpriced prices for below par food!!!!!!

This was my 1st time getting seafood from Parker’s BBQ, I always get the fried chicken. I had the fried Flounder dinner which came with 3 sides and hush puppies or corn sticks. My food was fresh and lightly seasoned . Staff was friendly.

There was hair and what could be bbq or something in our drinks and management was very unhelpful. Regardless of our telling them that we are home, we don’t live close, and we can send photos of what is in the cups, we were told the only way we could be helped with this disgusting experience was to bring the cups back. Upon visiting Parkers Drive thru located on Arlington Blvd a young man by the name “Jordan” was absolutely nothing but professional!! He was definitely top notch with this customer service skills and ensuring that my order was complete and if anything else was needed!! Love that ❤️

Ordered a small combo with chicken, BBQ, Ff, slaw, and baked beans. Everything was good except the BBQ, it was dry and it looked a light tan color. The cashier gave me the customer’s order that was behind me, thankfully the customer came to my table and told me before I started eating.
