Worst store ever. I don’t recommend at all. They have bad customer service when I was trying to get my money. The workers told me there to hurry up who tells that to your own clients and then they gave me a soggy pizza. Worst food or service. Don’t recommend at all. Took over an hour for the food to be ready. They were cold when we got them. The poor delivery girl was sitting there waiting for 45 minutes. They weren’t even cooked fully. The dough was almost completely raw on one pizza we couldnt even get it out of the box withought it falling apart and the rest were undercooked. We had to put them back in our oven. I called twice to get ahold of someone to talk to them and no one would answer the phone.

The customer service was excellent from the moment of entry. The manager gave me the option to purchase a hot and ready pizza or have one made freshly made. She was very professional during our interaction. I decided to have a cheese pizza made. The building interior needs an upgrade and some renovations.

Before I went on Sunday, I had only gone to this one once before, because it was late and the one closest to me was closed. It was literally the best pizza I’ve ever gotten from a little Caesars. I refuse to go back to the Pleasant Hill location, and this time I happily drove the extra 10 minutes to this location, and received the same great quality of pizza and service. 10/10 would recommend this location!

Don’t order delivery from this place because they use doordash as your driver and if the guy doesn’t show up, you can’t get your money back. The customer service for problems with an order is atrocious, too. Now I have to go through my bank to recoup my $40. Below is a pic from the doordash confirmed delivery. As you can see, they didn’t even drop it at the door or leave their car.

This is the last time I’ll ever come to this place. Apparently they don’t have very good sanitary practices here.
A young man who was working the register and drive thru took my order after handing credits cards and touching other surfaces and items. He then proceeded to start making pizza.
While back there I observed him grabbing pepperoni etc without washing his hands. He didn’t even put in any gloves!! In fact, both workers in the back weren’t wearing gloves and they were preparing food!!!
I mean do people realize how nasty and disgusting it is to touch other people’s credit cards, money, surfaces etc and then proceed to start making your food without washing???!!
I immediately left and went somewhere else despite already paying for my order. I figure if this is how they are training their staff then it’s not even worth the $7 bucks I paid to ask for my money back. If a food inspector saw this they’d definitely be written up. Totally unacceptable!

Unfortunately I just witnessed a very very rude incident. I will go ahead and go to Pizza Hut from now on. Janet and her employee who refused to give her a younger looking girl really need to be fired. They are rude and basically threw my pizza at me. I spent a nice amount of money and next time I will go elsewhere. I even heard them cussing about a customer in the drive through. Yall need to do better!
