I try not to go by the reviews… I should have. I went to order a turkey sandwich and decided to look down at the meat. The turkey had mold on it. When I mentioned it to the young lady… her response was thats how turkey look… it has spots on it. I ordered a turkey because thats my choice of meat. I know turkey…. look at the picture. Instead of her removing the meat, she decided to try to wipe it off and continue using it.

My daughter was charged for a home run double meat sandwich, which she didn’t get. She was running late for work due to practice, plus there was a language barrier between her and the employee. She paid because she was starving and then called me to help. The number on the receipt is disconnected and no one answers the number here. It was our first and last time to go there. Not sure how this place stays open.

i came in 30 minutes before closing after baseball and the lady was just lazy with it, the food all looked soggy and the tomatoes were just nasty, everything just looked like it had been sitting forever, i ordered a foot long cookie and she walked to the back and came within seconds and said no cookie sorry, i asked why and she just said no. wasn’t even able to get a drink just cause she already wiped it down. just terrible service

One can understand why the restaurant was empty at lunch time. No ice in the machine for drinks, charge for cups for water and since I ordered a salad, I thought that came with a dressing, but alas, an extra dollar charge for dressing when ordering a salad. Food was ok, but just be aware!

Employee at the counter is extremely rude and refuses to take any coupons regardless of the fact that there is nothing posted on the building stating that they are not a participating location. The guy at the counter gave my husband his managers phone number and he had to call several times before getting him to answer. While trying to call, the guy at the counter was being extremely pushy saying “are you paying or not?” before he could even get the manager on the phone (in hopes to get help or a resolution to the “broken” coupon scanner. When we finally got the manager on the phone, he said some coupons work and some don’t. That makes zero sense. My husband and I left the 4 sandwiches on the counter. Very rude, very unprofessional, and poor customer service skills. If the coupons don’t work or you’re not a participating location, it should be posted for potential customers to know not to waste their time. We went to Ingles instead. Their sandwiches taste much better and cost way less than Subway even WITH a “working” coupon.

It looks like I’m not the only one having the same issue. I’m told the coupon scanner doesn’t work for certain coupons, employees are extremely rude, and there’s no manager in sight. I asked the man at the counter to do a price modification so I could get the food for my husband and children at the price listed on the coupon and he refused to even try. Lastly, he tried to tell me the coupon was already used, I told him I just clipped it from the page I got in the mail and presented the page of coupons to him. He proceeded to take my coupons and ball them up to throw them out. I could not believe it.. How is it MY problem that YOUR scanner doesn’t work? If your equipment doesn’t work, find a resolution for your customer. If you dont care to provide decent customer service at minimum, maybe you shouldn’t be working in retail. Unbelievable!

Very bad attention. I placed an online order for $95, the receipt said it would be ready at 11:35 am, I arrived at the store at 11:45. I asked the seller about my order and he told me with a bad attitude that he didn’t have any order with my name on it and that I should go to another location because it hadn’t been there. I went out to my car and sat down to look for the costumer service number and it was disconnected. I went into the store again to ask him for the customer service number and he told me I already have your order, take a seat wait because I have to place it… more than 5 customers passed by and he attended to them, leaving me waiting more than 20 minutes to deliver my order. There were only 8. I am a business owner and I will never allow an employee of mine to treat a customer disparagingly. The attention should be in the order of arrival. If my order was already late, the most logical thing was for me to finish my order because I had already paid for the food.

Should have checked reviews. Not from here. Stopped by and regret leaving him a tip. For one, steak is cold and the $5 cookie wasn’t nearly heated up correctly. It’s really cold in the middle. I advise not getting the #2 The Outlaw. It’s just a Steak and Cheese and you can add the Chipotle dressing and whatever else you want and save $4 dollars. Idk why they charge more for a named sandwich. The $3 tip he can keep but from now on I’ll wait to try the food before I give a a tip. Won’t be stopping by anymore. Also, Subway, what happened to your sandwiches? Used to be filling and now it’s $20 for a meal and my 5 year old could eat it.

RUDE employees and NASTY attitudes when you call them out on it.
The order consisted of 3 footlong subs. One sweet onion teriyaki chicken, one turkey bacon, and one turkey, no other extras and no drinks or chips. He rang them up and said the total was $53!!! At most, the total should have been around $40 according to the menu. Then he refused to take any coupons even though they work at that location when using the app. (I checked after the fact) We left the sandwiches laying on the counter. This isn’t the first time we had issues there but it’ll be the last. Subway Corp needs to step in and evaluate this locations standards and the employees customer service skills.

Dear Subway Corporate Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at one of your Subway locations. I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention for the sake of both customer satisfaction and food safety.

To begin, my order, which was originally scheduled for completion by 5:40 PM, had not even been started on when I arrived. This delay forced me to wait until 6:00 PM to receive my order. However, the issues did not end there. Upon arriving at the location, my friends and I, who were planning a picnic with our families, immediately noticed something was wrong with our meals.

First and foremost, my footlong sub (#99) contained significantly less ham than a regular sub. Furthermore, the lettuce in my sandwich tasted off, and upon closer inspection, it was evident that the lettuce was wilting and discolored. Concerned about the quality of the food, I asked my friend about her sub, and she reported similar issues. She particularly noted an overwhelming amount of mustard on her sub, despite requesting less mustard, and her lettuce also tasted off.

In an attempt to address these concerns, I called the store and shared our experience with the person who answered the phone. He informed me that management was aware of cooling issues at the store, which were leading to problems with food quality, including the wilting and discoloration of lettuce. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that one would not be available until Monday.

Fearing that the food was spoiled and unsafe to consume due to improper temperature control, I made the difficult decision to instruct the rest of my party to discard their meals to avoid any potential health risks.

Considering the inedible and unsafe nature of the food we received, I am formally requesting a full refund for my order. This experience not only fell far short of the high-quality standards I associate with Subway but also raised serious concerns about food safety at this particular location.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution, being a refund in my order. I believe it is in the best interest of Subway and its valued customers to address these issues promptly to maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence and safety.
