I ordered just a small coffee through the app today 10:30am. Upon picking up the car in front of me got my small coffee. After being in the other person’s car for a bit the customer gave it back to the McDonald’s employee. The coffee that was in the other person’s car was then tried to be given to me. Is drove away w no drink and disgusted.

I stopped by today to try out the new bacon crispy Cajn ranch sandwich and it wasn’t crispy was more soggy and the sauce it was just like they spit on it i had to get home and add my own mayonnaise just to have that rich flavor and im a cook for flemings stake house soo i know more about FLAVOR but experience is terrible the other McDonald’s actually proved to be more efficient but this one is a thumbs down.

Today’s shift is disgusting! The order was picked up on 07/28/23 at 9.02 pm. I ask the management to pay attention! I was not issued an order via drive-thru, although other cars received their orders. Thunderstorms and heavy rain sent me inside McDonald’s! It’s disgusting! As a result, I got wet through and flooded the iPhone with water! I hope you take some action. Thank you

I normally let this stuff go but when I pay $3 for a lousy cup of coffee, I at least expect to get it how I asked with the extra ingredients I paid for. ESPECIALLY when I’m the only car in the lot??
