Zero stars should be an option.I have always ignored the poor service, never having any donuts..ect.This one however is the worst. Ordered and everything bagle with cream cheese and jelly. Got the bagle no jelly on the bagle, it was given to me on the side, to spead my self, ok fine atleast put a utensil to spead the jelly. If I wanted to make my own bagel I’m would have jsut made it at home.

I had asked for less ice because they fill the cups up full of ice, i got my drink with half a cup of ice she said she couldn’t take it back had a attitude and didn’t even try accommodating or fixing the order there wasn’t even a line every other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to that’s made a mistake was always willing to fix it and apologized I’m never going back here

truly, zero stars is not an option. i came through this morning with my dad, we ordered two drinks. A large hot coffee, and a medium mint tea. They firstly charge us for two large drinks, and then gave us major attitude during the ordering process and when trying to get it corrected. instead of refunding our card or giving us what they charged us for, the three 43¢ at us and were super dismissive. i understand being busy, but is it worth rushing people if your product isn’t quality? it took three people to attempt to correct their mistake and yet the coffee is watered down and the tea isn’t even that great. won’t come here again

Very busy at this time. The employees were busting their butts.. so be patient..we had to wait for a whole pot of coffee to be brewed for a box of Joe. So our wait time was almost 20 mind from the time we placed our order. But the entire time the drive thru and inside customers were non stop.

I wanna give a shout out to Laquita – This woman has the best energy and the biggest smile and Will enlighten your day guaranteed y’all need to come in and see her. I was just there. I dropped off for food and I remember her from the past and we got to talking and I just enjoyed the time. I’ll definitely come back. The food was good and more importantly, she’ll deal with angry rude customers with a smile on her face and that goes a long way this lady needs a raise for sure

Drive thru was friendly for the order however gave me my dozen doughnuts and when I opened the box there were only 11 and mostly plain. Which whatever I said mixed my fault for not saying not all plain. But you can’t count to 12? Went in to collect other doughnut and was told by bother workers to go to the other to get the missing one. After 15 minutes of waiting I left without the other doughnut – they clearly didn’t care

The customer service was pretty poor. There were just 2 employees working—one at the drive-thru and the other inside. We struggled to understand the self-order machines, couldn’t locate what we needed, and not once did anyone ask if we needed assistance. It felt like they were just ignoring us, expecting us to figure everything out on our own. Plus, after placing our order, I didn’t even get a receipt. For one of the employees, being on the AirPods seemed more important than servicing customers.

Horrible. I ordered the Pistachio Signature Latee. The first time it was good, just needed a little more pistachio. Ordered it twice since and the whole thing is nothing but Espresso and cannot even taste a hint of pistachio because there is so much espresso. Completely bitter and I even ordered with extra cream to make it lighter on the espresso and they just make it stronger and stronger.

As someone who used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts, this is a HORRIBLE representation of what Dunkin’ is supposed to be. Very few nice staff left the rest are lazy and rude INCLUDING MANAGERS. They wouldn’t customize my food whatsoever and had a crappy excuse as to why. This location literally just DOES NOT CARE and seems like they not only hate their jobs but their lives… just sad. Drive 10 minutes down the road to a different location. Trust me, you will STILL get your food/drinks quicker even if this location is closer.
