I had to go through the drive through because the inside was closed which was fine, but they were only taking one cars orders at a time so it ended up taking like 30 minutes to get to the window to pay. When we got our food we got no spoons or napkins, which we had ordered 4 bowls of mashed potatoes and a famous bowl. Not only that but I bit into a huge piece of hair which made me lose my appetite immediately. Then my brother tells me that there is a bread clip on his sandwich bun which is absolutely disgusting.( there are photos) We went back through for a refund and it took another 30 minutes to get through the line and there was a different lady working at the time which was nicer and much more helpful. Overall, this experience has kinda ruined my appetite for a couple days and I don’t recommend going back.

Honestly, how terrible does management have to be to keep their doors locked like this for over a year. There used to be a time when this kfc was clean, sold fresh chicken, didn’t lock their doors, didnt shut their lights off hours before closing, and kept wait times under 5 mins, but not anymore. This location has become a disaster, all thanks to their new management, and especially their current manager, Jade. Expect nothing but disappointment and pity excuses from someone who half dresses themselves for attention from this location.

This was a huge disappointment. 32 ish dollars for 8 pc. 4 biscuits 2 sides. The chicken strips u can tell were or had been cut in half’s and were exceptionally small. Apparently inflation is kicking the kernel in the chicken. I remeber when this was the ultimate go to place for quality fried chicken. The pieces(chicken) were small and hard. Just a shame. I honestly never worried about what kind of chicken I’d get from KFC but I won’t be bk for these prices. I might as well go to anywhere else atleast u will get more for ur buck$$$$.

food was fast and hot. Place is remodeled looks great. Had the new chicken mac and cheese wrap. It was not too bad. It was exactly as I thought it would be. Chicken strip was very salty. Wrap teaming up with the mac and cheese was nice. All together it was a great experience. The girl at the window was very nice. She was the best employee I had ever met at this location. Thank you young lady with the green hair.

Today, Oct 11th and last Sunday I brought a motor coach full off people that most wanted KFC but we were unable to dine in the restaurant 2 weeks in a row due to staff shortage. How can this be 2 weeks in a row? Very disappointing to say the least. Do not go here if you have a motor coach full of people!!

Fantastic service from Jade for our pre-order. We were attending the Pagel Reunion and ordered 2 buckets, for our dish to share! The KFC Chicken got eaten “Fast & Furious” before anything else! Thanks all and to the young gent with the black frame glasses who had our chicken ready on Saturday at 1030 am for pickup!

I have tried to have KFC three weeks in a row. The dining room is closed and nobody answers the drive through. I think this place just needs to shut the doors for good.

Horrible excuse for a KFC. Colonel Sanders would fire every one who works there. I was greeted with I’m sorry by multiple employees. Totally messed up my order as well as the young lady’s in front of me. When they finally figured it out and I got my food all of the breading fell off with simple gravity as well as being dry . I remember when KFC was a treat. Not so much at the effingham location

I order 2 6 piece hot wings meals with wedges.
My entire order of wings had blood throughout the inside. I couldn’t eat none of it!!!! Also the wedges was under cooked.
Whoever cooked this food should be let go.

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken only. Got 4 legs and 4 thighs. Not one white piece of chicken in the bucket. Should have been 2 legs 2 thighs 2 wings and 2 side breast. Not happy with this store. Service was poor. As far as I am concerned it was money wasted
