My partner and I came in around 10:00 p.m. to get some late night dinner after leaving a theater showing in Norfolk. We were desperate for something to eat because nowhere else is open. No one responded to the drive-thru. So we went inside. We were shocked to discover two employees were engaged in sexual conduct, right there, on the line, fully nude. Both individuals. We will not be back and we will be telling others to not go to this location. I am a Christian, and I am offended to the highest order. God bless. This review was very difficult for me to type.

Bad experience. went on a Monday and dined inside. I received half my order and waited for 15 minutes for two drinks. Another guy waited 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order. The employees should really really focus on a uniformed (and professional) dress attire, especially the ones that prepare food!!!!!! Completely disorganized and unprepared

Picking up and order from the app through the drive-thru, it took over 40 minutes and there were maybe 4-5 cars in front of us. I used to frequent this specific taco bell late at night and never had issues like this!

When was the last time you had a remarkable, positive experience at a fast food joint? They are very few and far between these days. However, this location absolutely went out of their way! Lunch rush- employees were cleaning, friendly, greeted all customers- thanked them! My first time here but as a small business owner myself, I was pleased by the cleanliness, staff’s attitude, and how happy they were.
And…the food!! It actually looked like the photos! The Cantina Chicken menu is amazing and the care and pride of the cooks here showed! Hats off to these guys. Very, we’ll, done!!

I recently on Thursday, September 4th dined at the Taco Bell on Holland Rd. in Virginia Beach. There was a new person at the drive thru window whom I have not seen before as I frequent this Taco Bell (I work very close). I have reason to believe that this gentleman stole my debit card information and put several fraudulent charges onto my card. I will be opening a police report into this matter and I highly recommend Taco Bell checks the footage inside the building at that window.

Forget my chips in my order and my nacho fries were only filled half way. They pulled me into the mobile parking spot and STILL forgot parts of my order. I’ve tried calling them FIVE times and there’s no answer they just pick up the phone and hang up immediately. Absolutely ridiculous.
