Most friendliest place ever! I was served by Melyssa, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the foods served. She looked like she really love her job! Thank you for your friendly smile, I had just visited with my Brother-n-law at the hospital. So seeing her beautiful smile really made my day. Then I came back on today and was greeted with another beautiful smile from Kevenus and Tino who were very helpful and friendly! Thank you Chick-fil-A for hiring a wonderful staff! ❤️

This Chick-fil-A is consistently impressive. The staff is incredibly polite, making every visit pleasant. The dining area is spotless and very kid-friendly, which I appreciate. My order is always fresh, hot, and served with that classic “my pleasure” hospitality. It’s easily my favorite go-to spot.

During my visit, I didn’t feel the usual warm and welcoming experience Chick-fil-A is known for when placing my order at the counter. The young lady who assisted me (Transaction #762308, Register #4) appeared to be preparing to clock out and seemed a bit short in her interaction.

She did not thank me for coming in, nor did she say “my pleasure” at the end of the transaction. While her service wasn’t necessarily rude, it lacked the friendliness and attentiveness I’ve come to expect from this brand.

I did notice that the other team members consistently responded with “my pleasure” when I thanked them, which I appreciated. I just wanted to share this feedback in hopes of maintaining the high level of customer experience Chick-fil-A is known for.

Through lunch, rushes and high volume times to even downtime, they are kind courteous, give time and time again consistent service. They are friendly, remember faces and some of the most hard working staff I have seen. I would 10/10 drive back to this Chick-Fil-A specifically when I have one 5 minutes away from my house. I appreciate the staff time and time again.

Awesome new Chick-Fil-A location!
Order ahead on app to avoid lines (especially during weekday lunch).

Very Clean!
Super friendly employees!
Great downtown location!

Only location with a monitor that tells you if your app order (including door dash, and uber eats) is ready or if it is in process!

The restaurant is in the Advent Health building, right next to a Sunrail Station.
There is only outdoor seating and no restrooms so plan accordingly!

PRO TIP: if it’s a hot day and you want to eat in A/C environment get your spicy chicken sandwich and go next door to Starbucks. Buy a coffee and use their upstairs tables and chairs (very cool space in more ways than one).

My mom is a patient at Adventhealth. I decided to place a breakfast order on the mobile app and received a notification when it was ready. Upon arriving at the pickup counter, I could see numerous bags waiting for mobile orders. After addressing the two customers in front of me, the employee left the pickup line without acknowledging or speaking to me and began packing orders for customers at the registers.

I waited patiently for 4 to 5 minutes until another customer, who must have been a regular at this location, walked in and was enthusiastically greeted before being handed a bag of food. I still had not been acknowledged.

After that, a male customer walked up to the pickup counter and an employee asked his name before handing him his order. At that point, I had been waiting close to 5 minutes, so I asked the employee if they had my order. She looked and it had been sitting at the pickup counter all along—however all of the employees chose to ignore me while serving other customers.

If I had not said anything, I’m not sure how much longer I would’ve been waiting. I provided feedback to Chick-fil-A through their website but received a generic response via email that never addressed the real issue. I’m not sure why I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect, but these employees definitely need additional training in customer service and professionalism.

Staff are so slow to give orders that are ready, out sometimes. Unlike other chick fil a’s they aren’t very attentive or proactive with calling out names and handing orders. Often wait an additional 10 minutes or so on top of the original 10 minute wait. 7.5 out of 10 times at various times of the day.

One of the best Chick-fl-A restaurants I’ve been too. Food was fresh and the employees were genuinely kind. One employee especially named Alexis went out of her way to make this such a positive experience.

Fries undercooked. For the amount of people that come to this location you could have bought the old Wendy’s across the street or gotten a space with inside seating. Its not enjoyable to eat your meal outside in the heat, rain, or cold. And since there was no seating I had to go all the way down to Panera and loiter at one of their tables. This is the single worst Chick-Fli-A in terms of location in all of Central Florida. Will never return.
