Went to dine in on a Sunday evening, no one inside. No wait. They do have a lot of Uber eats order and pick ups. Staff were nice. Your typical Bonchon, chicken wings, Korean items etc. Their dining area is big, 2 bathrooms and hand washing sink. Huge free parking area as well. For dine in, i think this location is better than the Bayside one, due to the bigger dining area and free large parking lot. Overall, typical Bonchon chain, no. complaints, and that’s a good thing.

It was nighttime and I was looking for something new to try which ended up being this place. First of all the customer service was terrible the cashier was rude and gave an attitude to my questions. When I thought that maybe it was a misunderstanding I noticed that the attitude was given to other customers after I ordered. So far the experience was terrible but for the food part, I ordered pork dumplings (8ct) which were really good but for the price of 13 dollars I would rather try other spots. But lastly, for the Bibimbap the only thing that saved this dish was the Bulgogi and honestly, it was very good but with the other stuff, it was nothing special and very unflavored. So for the price of 18 dollars was not worth it.

Perfect. Everything was so great. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant where the presentation was just as good as the food, so this was a first. I was simply amazed with how well everything was put together. All the food was absolutely delicious. The plates were also aesthetically pleasing, which gave my eyes a meal as-well.the waiter was kind and very patient with me. I did realize there’s not many non alcoholic drink options, but I guess it’s fine because it’s a fried chicken restaurant ,not a beverage place so I’m not bothered by it. The fried chicken was also fantastic as-well, with a nice crispy but sweet skin and a savory and juicy inside. Loved every bite. Just as a warning, The buldak is very spicy! I asked for less spice and it was still pretty hot!

Chicken was dry and unseasoned, tasteless. I ordered wings and drumsticks. Couldnt tell “sauced” items from plain at first because there was barely any sauce. For the price I think it’s fair to expect better quality.

It’s salty, it’s too salty, it feels like I ate McNugae, which is salty and expensive. If it had been salty, it would have been a delicious McNugat. Boneless chickens are McNurgaet.

I’m the K-chicken expert and Bonchon is usually my favorite but this location quality was off unfortunately. The chicken was very dry..

Pros though – The service was very quick and loved the parking space. They have 50% deal for beer as of Aug. 2025 and it was great.

Crispy & crunchy fried chicken sandwich, chicken was tender, coleslaw was good, spicy sauce was fire. But, bun was overly charred. Fries were fresh and crispy but too oily. Service was friendly and very polite. For $15, should include a drink with sando & fries.

This Bonchon location is fantastic! The place is spotless, and the service there is outstanding, especially from Zina, who is always friendly and welcoming. The food is consistently delicious, and their soy garlic chicken wings, Japchae, and chicken katsu are simply amazing!
