The scallops Caesar was spot on warm, tender scallops against cold, crisp romaine with sharp, well-balanced cheese. Yellowtail was lightly crisped, delicately cooked, and paired with colorful, properly al dente vegetables the way it should be in the Keys. Easy pace, relaxed room, and Flor’s polite, unobtrusive service made it an ideal end to a long week.

Absolutely love this place. The tomato soup is flavorful with chunks of fresh tomato. The generous size bowl is enough for two. There are so many flavor packed appetizers. The yellow curry brussel sprouts could easily be shared with 3-4 people. My husband went for a meal and I opted for the Thai chili shrimp appetizer bursting with freshness and flavors. A big plus was not being rushed so that we could enjoy a bottle of wine along with our meal. Can’t wait to return.

Had a great experience! Me and my fiance had an amazing meal and quick/ friendly service. We would definitely come back! Even was given a free drink to try (which was delicious as well) and some extra bread to have with my leftovers! Lovely place!

My husband and I have become regulars at the Barracuda Grill. We have always had a great experience from the moment we walk in the door! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is a lively and very much what the Keys are all about! If you want a great meal, just go, you will love it!

I can’t believe it’s taken so long try this place. WoW..! The food, service and white table dining were excellent. The Yellow Tail Snapper is a must try. Tell them you want the mashed potatoes with it 🙂

Very clean! Major plus quaint little place. People were friendly. Really had low expectations from the road and high expectations after walking in. Neither were correct.
Prices were higher than expected and well described by menu.
Presentation of food was really nice. I got the rib-eye which was a real letdown! My sone got shrimp fettuccine and my wife had a bowl of tomato soup and pork potstickers.
She loved her soup and potstickers and my son said his plate was mediocre at best.
Not quite sure how I missed the picture of the ribeye.

Dissection of several of our shrimp shumai dumplings revealed no visible crustaceans, but it’s possible that some were chopped up and incorporated into the batter. Caesar salad was OK, but I’d be very surprised if the cheese was really Parmigiana. The two scallops that were included in the salad were very fresh. Our yellowtail snapper entree was big enough for the two of us to share, but it just wasn’t as good as most of the other fish we’ve had on this trip. Mashed potatoes that came with the fish were very heavy on the butter. We wish we had been warned and offered an alternative. Baby asparagus was tender and good. Considering that the restaurant’s reviews are well above average and our meal plus tip was more than $100, our experience was disappointing.

I loved the food! We had brussel sprouts with a curry sauce as an appetizer and they served complimentary warm buns with butter. It was so yummy! My starter salad was delicious along with the fish. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. I’d definitely go back when in Marathon.

Nice little restaurant near Marathon with the best tomato soup I’ve ever had. We were chilly and damp from the rain and this was the perfect warm up. The sandwiches were fine but the soup was awesome

Not a bad place. Just not great. It would mean a lot if they had a 2nd or even 3rd vegetarian option. And the only one they had was a pesto pasta that, although cooked well, lacked real flavor (probably not enough pesto). However, my partner’s mashed potatoes were amazing, as was the curried Brussel sprout app! Staff were clearly over worked, but friendly. Atmosphere was standard.
