Was served this zone with un-melted cheese in it. I asked a few days later if they could remake and I was told no. If you dont complain that night, nothing can be done. Its a sad because I am a frequent customer and it feels like my complaints to the night manager on 10/22/25 were completely dismissed. No empathy, no concern, ever scolded me by saying that cheese can be eaten raw so I have nothing really safety wise to complain about. He said because i waited so long, I was probably lieing. I kept receipt, the uneaten zone, took pictures. Why no faith in a regular customer? Im supposed to give you the good faith to keep eating here?
I just ordered a cheese zone and the cheese was unmelted, I am right to be upset. I just didn’t feel like complaining THAT night so I guess I am the dumb one.(because i didnt know about that rule) Really disappointed in the food and especially the follow up service. That night manager was so dismissive when im already going through a lot and I just wanted I hot gooey cheese snack, but instead, cold cheese, crumbling, grainy texture. Rejecting complaints because of a 3 day delay doesn’t change the fact the food was made wrong, but it keeps the money.
Make this right, just remake it without un-melted cheese. That’s all I wanted, I dont know why this is hard.

dry, completly dry and cold. chicken hardly any sauce. tater tots was hard as a rock. refused to give replacement or even partial refund. very disappointed.

Did a pick up order from this place as we were in the mood for pizza and wings. This place came up as a search result. The phone order was simple and I was able to make minor tweaks to the menu items to customize the calzones to our liking. The calzones were good, lots of crust around the edges but I personally like that. We also ordered a side of wings and I can tell you I will not be doing that again. The meat on the wings was mushy and there was lots of fat. The outside was also very wet and very breaded. I had the garlic Chipotle sauce and I would not get it again. Can’t speak to the atmosphere aside from what I saw when walking in and it is just a plain strip mall restaurant.

It’s so good. Prices are really great. I want to eat here more than I have, but every time I do, I get pretty sick. I’ve had to abstain for this reason. Morally difficult place to recommend.

Zones are so good. Breads are so good. Everything on their menus is good, as long as it relates to italia or pizza in some way.
But good lord those tater tots they have are literally the worst I’ve had in my entire life. Still getting that five star, I’m just spreading the word. I’d perhaps give them a 4.8, but that’s not an option.
You want tots? Don’t go here, and I’ll be reluctant to try their wings now as well. But if you want the best Calzone you’ve ever had? This is your joint. Good service too. Good ranch. Good breadsticks and the like. And excellent prices.

Visited for lunch, didn’t know there wasn’t anywhere to sit to eat there but luckily the calzones are hand held! Food was great and priced well for what you get. Took about 10 minutes from ordering to having fresh, hot calzones in hand! Service was friendly and restaurant was clean. I got the danger zone which had a taco flare to it and it was great. I would recommend switching out the dipping sauce though as marinara wasn’t a good match (though not needed). We also got the end zone which was like a cheese steak vibe. Both were delicious.

This place has been one of my favorites for years. As far as the food goes… But every time I call to place an order, it never fails that the person taking the order would rather be anywhere else in the world and it’s the same when I come pick up. They could step it up in the customer service department fasho fasho . It almost makes me not want to go but the food is just too good.
