So I was excited for these new street chalupas and let me tell you, don’t. I had 3 pieces of meat that were what I assume cooked at breakfast. They were so hard you couldn’t chew them and the whole thing had almost nothing in it. I got a cheesy taco that was hard and very disappointing. It seems like taco bell isn’t what it used to be and we love it in our house, but the past while it’s always wrong and never even filled up. It’s like they are trying to save money on ingredients by not giving you any. Come on taco bell, I know you’re not a gourmet restaurant but at least give me what I order for the price of things

I’ve been to this location twice since New Years Eve, and I like to go inside to order. Both times I was in there, I was impressed with not only how quick they were, but they seem to have an awesome manager! I have seen her singing to them, and being positive and encouraging to her employees. It was very refreshing to witness…twice!

They are fast with fretting out food but that is because they do not properly make orders. I have had repeated visits with missing items/ incorrect ingredients as well as poor quality food. By far the worst taco bell location in Norman.

I bought a $7 box. It was AWFUL! I think they had washed the lettuce and my soft taco was so soggy the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper All the food with lettuce was extremely soggy and the wrappers were very wet. Was so disgusting feed my food to the dog. I do not recommend this place at all! My food was not eatable and I was sad

Absolutely horrendous service. Sat in drive thru for 20+ minutes. Only car there. When I had waited for 15 minutes I got their attention. They said it’s coming right up. Another 7 minutes passes and I finally got my order. For it to be wrong. Terrible terrible service

Seriously y’all? I’ve been craving cinnamon twists. I had surgery 4 days ago. I felt good enough this evening to venture out to my local Taco Bell to get some and they’re not even cooked! No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I haven’t looked at the rest of my order yet…. I really hope the rest of it is right.
