I would like to commend the establishment for an exceptional dining experience. I ordered a taco salad and two hard-shell tacos, and I can confidently state that it was the finest meal I have ever had, surpassing even Chipotle’s offerings. The food was delectable, and I experienced no digestive issues, if you understand my meaning. The service was outstanding, the staff was excellent, and the food was superb. I highly recommend trying it; you will not be disappointed. ✝️❤️

This Qdoba location is me and my fiancé’s go-to lunch spot when at the Florence Mall (y’all!).
The staff are kind and attentive here. They create your order how you want it, down to the minute detail. The space itself is nicely designed and I believe they have put in new tables and chairs.
The food has been consistently good. I’ve gotten my BYO burrito and recently, their Cheese-Crusted Quesadilla with Adobo Chicken, brown rice, queso, and more cheese. It was absolutely heavenly. We also can’t ever visit without getting their famous chips and queso on the side to share.
Definitely recommend this Qdoba location to fix your cravings for Mexican eats!

Friendly staff, good food, and fast service !
Wish I would’ve taken pictures of my food but I devoured it in minutes, was really good. You can see the staff assemble your food and use fresh ingredients. First time here, will comeback and try more of their menu items

Restaurant needed a good cleaning. Tables were dirty. Employees were all foreign and didn’t speak good English but knew how to take your money. Food had no taste to it. Over priced. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Update, came in after church. Brittany was friendly efficient and made a great bowl. She directed her team well. My wife and I came in for a late lunch and Logan was working the food prep line. He was friendly, helpful and our food was hot and fresh. He even took time to ask how our day was going while ringing us up. Hire more people like Logan and let him train them. We will choose Qdoba over Chipotle because of employees like Logan and the fresh food served to us.

I visited this restaurant twice in one week and we had bad experiences both times. I was very polite about the first incident and said that I wanted to offer a polite critique. Today was a different story. I ordered the Surf & Turf bowl advertised for $12.45, nothing else and my bill was over $16. I asked why and the boy explained that what was advertised was for the way it is already dressed. When I was asked if I wanted to create my own bowl, I was not told that it cost considerably more. I told the young man, Logan, that I was not going to pay the difference until he could show me on the wall why I was paying more and he proceeded to try to show me on the register. I finally found Surf & Turf in another location and though it was the same name, it was not evident that you pay much more if you request toppings. Later, the manager, Zion, admitted that it was confusing and had talked to corporate about the matter. However, it was Logan’s approach of hushing me and explaining to me several times when I repeatedly told him that I didn’t want to be lectured, that I only wanted to know the bottom line – the price. When I was notified that I had to pay $16 + I said no and waited to talk to Zion. I told Zion that I wanted to talk to the district manager and he told me that he was not permitted to share that information and that it would do me no good to talk to corporate since the owner owned the franchise. I told him that I needed some avenue to register my complaint and I was once again denied. I asked then, if my only option was to take to social media and not return to the restaurant to which his reply was, “That’s fine.” This place needs some adult supervision and not just run by young people. There needs to be a way to register complaints. I will continue until I find some way.
I would certainly like the owner to confirm that this nonchalant, complacent attitude is alright. The message was loud and clear that there was no recourse for me as a customer who had an issue. Quite smirky.

I’ve order through the app twice for delivery and my order comes INCORRECT everytime. When you call they offer free entree but you are left without anything to eat and inconvenienced.
