It’s been a year or two since I came to Wendy’s in Woodstock and I was impressed. It used to be dirty and dingy and the food was average at best. This week we visited and the immediate impression was clean and bright and the food was the quality we expect from Wendy’s. Even the landscaping was pretty to look at.

Literally took a phone call while I waited and they weren’t even busy.
When someone finally came up to order she was laughing like something was funny?
Got my burger 10 mins later (after the family that came in after me mind you) and it was room temperature lol
Would recommend anything in Woodstock besides Wendy’s worst one I’ve been too by a long shot

SERVICE SO TERRIBLE THEY DONT EVEN REPLAY TO ANYYYY OF THE BAD REVIEWS THEY GET . HOW SAD .
I normally visit this Wendy’s location at least twice a week, but after my most recent experience, I will no longer be returning. The service I received was unacceptable. When placing my order, I was barely given the chance to speak. I ordered a large meal, but the drink I received was not a large. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee responded with attitude instead of a simple apology. The same issue occurred with my fries, which were also not the correct size. Again, when I politely asked for the mistake to be fixed, the response was dismissive and rude.
As a regular customer, I expect better service and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in this location.

Went out of my way to go to Wendy’s, living 25 minutes away, and was greeted with the rudest customer service. After barely being able to place my order from being cut off, I pulled up to the window and was laughed at by two workers who eventually ended up having enough frustration and anger from a customer coming in a five hours before they close (8pm) to have two girls pull their middle fingers to my face and laugh. I will no longer be returning and hope they can find better staff although I know it is hard to find good people. As someone who works at a healthcare facility & is making sure the people walking in feel WELCOME that’s not the way you want to be treated if you’re spending YOUR hard earned dollars.

I ordered a combo which included a chicken burger, crisp fresh French fries, a very refreshing soda. The food seemed fresher than normal, very few people inside the restaurant but very relaxing. The lady who attended me did it in Spanish and in a polite and very friendly way, the tables were very clean and the food was cheap, tasty and fast. 5 stars for being fast and efficient as well as friendly 100% recommended, mask is required.

Went here and pulled up to the speaker to order, my boyfriend ordered a plain #1 only cheese, this was met with the lady over the speaker asking about 25 times if that will be only mayo and cheese and about 25 times of my boyfriend responding no just cheese. We then order my food and go to the window. We pay do not get a receipt, was not offered one, only to get home and his burger have literally everything on it. I’m not sure how dumb you have to be to mess up a simple order of a cheese burger but they really wowed me here. Do not go to this Wendy’s unless you want to lose brain cells.

I went to Wendy’s today to get food & I ordered a chili, once I got the chili, there was a piece of hair in it. It wasn’t mine because my hair is longer. My boyfriend went to take it back and overheard a worker named Carlos saying “oh why can’t his girlfriend take out the hair and then eat the chili? Like excuse me? That’s a food safety hazard. This restaurant needs to give their employees a refresh on food safety.

DO NOT order the chilli, if you ignore this warning you will find yourself eating ground beef soup. This location is very busy and I’m not sure why, the location is terrible traffic wise and the service is quite slow. The chicken nuggets are amazing.

Worse burger I ever had, absolutely horrible.
Wasn’t fresh, was warmed up leftover patties, from who knows how long. Tasted like it was cooked, and sitting in grease for half the day.
