The Papa John’s in Cleveland Ms is a freaking rip off. I ordered an Italian sausage pizza with extra sausage no cheese, I get the pizza wasn’t but about 16 or 17 sausages on it I got my money right back. Look like they was in there eating the food up anyway never again

I have to give a shout out to this PJ. This is one of the best ones I’ve ordered from. My parents live here so I occasionally order pizza for them. Someone from this PJ actually called me to confirm my order wasn’t a mistake. Not to mention, our food is always correct and ready on time. Great service and food!

Every now and then we like to order brownies from here and they were awful today. I picked them up maybe 10 minutes after the order was ready and they were warm but hard. I tried to pick one up out the pan and the top crumbled and the bottom was embedded in the pan. I took them back and kindly requested some more. The grumpy looking guy stated I was late picking them up and the recipe had changed and that the next batch would come out the same way. I took a chance, and I kid you not exactly 5 minutes later, he was handing me some more. Low and behold they were the same way. Crispy on top and embedded to the pan with only the middle of the brownie good enough to eat. Just know I want be purchasing anymore brownies from here as long as that grumpy looking man baking them. I really think he cooked them to fast.

Third time ordering from Papa John’s in a row and still horrible disappointment. What happened to Cleveland? We had great pizza places wayyyy back in the day and now they’re all horrible. Couldn’t eat my entire pizza due to the horrible amount of grease embedded in it. Pizza fell apart is was so wet. Not to mention didn’t even remotely resemble a pizza taste?!? Let’s not forget the cheese sticks that were hard as a rock and pencil thin. Over $30 for that? Save your money and get an oven pizza from the store. This is ridiculous.

To the OWNER of this location. On Saturday, July 8, 2023, i placed a carry out order by phone (call cntr) at 5pm. After approx 30 minutes, i arrived to pickup and pay; however, the store was closed. When i asked the presumed fatherless (obviously) and angry fella who exited and locked the door, if the store was open, he began to curse and shout obscenities as if I messed up his day by ordering from your store. He got in his vehicle and turned up the music. To the OWNER, I recommend that you post a vacancy for his position and all parties involved for operating your store on that day. I am sure you can find better help among high school students looking for their first job. If you can’t find better help, CLOSE the store forever. I took my business to Dominos.

How about I went to papa John to get a grilled buffalo chicken papadia And the guy said he thought I said a grill barbecue chicken bacon when is plainly say a barbecue chicken bacon Papadia it doesn’t say anything about grilled chicken. The buffalo say grill buffalo chicken papadia Duh. It’s sad when your food doesn’t get taken right especially when you live 11 miles away from the place going and coming back in they ask you to come back.
