We were doing a return at a nearby store and got hungry. My son started to head elsewhere, and I said, “No!” As a published breast cancer researcher, I trust the food here—and I especially love and appreciate the triple-filtered water.
P.S. I really enjoy finishing the meal with a shake.

Shake Shack specializes in handcrafted burgers, fries, hot dogs and shakes. This restaurant is new in the Premier Outlets center. I was looking for something to eat during lunchtime. There’s also outdoor seating available. You place your order using a kiosk machine. The food was pretty good. I ordered the burger and fries. The burger bun was soft and slightly toasted on the inside topped with 1 patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese and I paid extra for bacon. The fries were crinkle cut and hot and fresh. It was clean and the noise level was low.

My friend and I ordered chicken sandwiches, crinkle-cut fries, strawberry lemonade, and a classic Coke.
Everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The chicken sandwiches were crispy and juicy, the fries were golden and perfectly salted, and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness.

We came in with 3 kids today for lunch! The cashier (didn’t catch her name) with the black eyeglasses and her hair in a ponytail was the sweetest most patient and understanding person ever. She was so sweet about the kids dropping food and was just so understanding. Our meal was very good – cooks were very sweet too! We will definitely be back because this was the freshest shake shack I’ve ever been to & with the kindest staff. They really made a mom’s day a lot less stressful and more enjoyable. I’m forever grateful for people like this 🙂 Thank you so much!!

Nothing special, it’s Shake Shack. The burger was good as usual, but my cheese fries were different from the last time visiting a Shake Shack, maybe it’s the location. The cheese did not taste that good, the fries were ok. The service was great, and everyone had smiles on their faces and were helpful.

I recently visited Shake Shack and tried their mushroom burger. It was flavorful and satisfying, but I do wish they offered more plant-based burger options. My daughter had one of their beef burgers and really enjoyed it—it was juicy and well-made.
Overall, the food was good and lived up to the Shake Shack name. It’s a solid spot whether you’re eating plant-based or not, though expanding their plant-based options would definitely be a plus.
