Great place! I got good experience. So We ordered with my wife two different orders. For me – I bought bowls with extra tomato, extra onions and my bowls were really very tasty and delicious, but the second bowls for my wife was not really good! Bowls for my wife was not good quality, it was very weak and not really delicious. Sandwich was really tasty! Therefore I put just FOUR STARS for this Panera Bread.

I brought my dad to Panera to eat for the 1st time. The food and atmosphere was amazing as always. However, this time we met Julieta! She was absolutely wonderful. She allowed my dad to have a 2nd bowl of soup since he could not chew is sandwich properly. Her kind assistance made him and I so happy. I recently lost my mother, so time with my father is extremely cherished. Please thank her in the highest way for making our experience memorable!

11:25 am temps in low 40’s and out of church entering Panera for hot food and sandwich with friends. The restaurant is cold for those of us in our 60’s and 70’s. We decide not to eat and my wife and I have a 12:00 appointment in the area. We maintain our coats get a drink to tough it out: Two weeks back complained to the manager and her assistant pet this same problem and the fact they had the back side door propped opened. Their explanation that it would beclosed when the driver of a 16 wheeler finished his unloading and my explanation customer first. They were nice turned up the heat, offered free pastry that we denied. They turned heat up to 73 to satisfy us. Twenty minutes later we leave and yes the eating area was warmer. Today same story
with cold and most customers on coats. Again I bring this to management. Excuses are made and Mrs. Moore walked around talking to customers pet comfort level. The
“FACT” their collars are turned up and jackets on at lunch should say everything, she did turn up the heat and 20 minutes later we leave with eating area a little more comfortable. She now for the second time assures a more comfortable environment for our next visit. I thank her knowing actions are more important than words. Hopefully my next visit to this particular Panera can be positive review. Fingers crossed

Stopped in for breakfast on the road on Sunday morning at 8 am. Friendly clerk and they HAD souflettes, the thing Paneras generally seem to be out of when we go. AND as we took the last two, she asked to have more made. Was clean and we were in, out and back on the road. A rare 5 star experience for the chain. Keep up the good work team.

This is a great spot on Woodruff rd if you’re looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat, they have lots of great choices on the menu, soup, salads, endless amount of choices, of course their bagels are fabulous! You can get the bagel dozen deal every Tuesday for $7.99 a great price for some great bagels, make sure you download the Panera app and get a free pastry for your birthday

I ordered delivery and I am very disappointed. I’ve always loved Panera and had a good experience. But not this time. I ordered a Baja bowl the way it comes and it looks like the bowl was only full halfway. I paid $16 for something that wasn’t even a full meal. Very disappointed. The restaurant is filthy. My friends and I would meet there every other week but it has become too much for us. The booths and chairs are never wiped off. We arrive around 9:00 am so the restaurant should have been completely cleaned at closing byt that is not the case. You can tell the booths and tables are not cleaned under them. We have decided we will find another place to meet which is unfortunately because we liked the food. But if the customer area is that dirty be can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

tables dirty, trash can area dirty, rang the food up separately instead of the pick 2 options as requested and bill ended up being more then the other 2 locations near by. Mgr didn’t care. When a sandwich and drink costs and or soup. Costs the same or more the a full service restaurant…well I guess it’ll be the last time…it did taste good though
