This Ft Myers location also serves as our production facility and Ice Cream lab with comfortable indoor seating and free wifi. A friend & I were talking about Pinocchios on
Sanibel and lamenting how far it was. I happened to search on Google Maps and could not believe they had a FM location now. I may or may not have arranged our Saturday evening around getting ice cream.
Tonight’s employees were SOOO friendly and efficient. I split the cookie butter, cafe espresso, and sel de mer with my husband. The flavors were delicious and so smooth.
The portions, prices, and service make this place top tier. You won’t regret it!

All pictures are from here and are past date! Long story here. Me and my family of 5 decided to try this place out and had another family of 5 meet us there. We all are very disappointed with this place and feel the health department should stop by and check all their products. We all bought ice cream and 2 drinks. 1 pink lemonade and 1 regular. Both had expired dates in pictures. I spoke with the kinds worker and she called the owner and they refunded us $4 for our 2 expired drinks and asked to keep them. We then went to the drink cooler and found almost all the drinks have old dates. Again they are pictured. Even orange juice and tropical juice expired. She said she was going to remove them. We sat in the parking lot for a while and she walked out with the drinks saying the OWNER said they are fine, the date is best by and they only been open 2 years ( per owner). Not sure why that matters saying all the drinks shouldn’t be sold after that date. We all wish we wouldn’t of ate the ice-cream and wonder if it’s expired too…. pictures prove no slander here!

This is such a cute place, glad I finally got there! An awesome variety of wonderful flavors. Had a waffle cone with Butterfinger ice cream, so yummy! They also have a variety of desserts there that look amazing! Best thing I saw though…… they have whoopie pies from Maine, that’s awesome! Nice to have a piece of home down here! Totally recommend this place! Staff very helpful!

I brought my daughter here because it’s right by the house, and the 2 boys working were excellent . my daughter is highly allergic to peanuts and other nuts and they assured me they had a seperate scooper for peanut allergist and even opened a new tub of ice cream to prevent a reaction! rhey were great ! the ice cream was great !!!

Outstanding customer service and icecream. My family and I have gone to both Pinocchio locations and they are both great. All their staff so far has always been very proffessional. Their pricing is very reasonable also.

Oh my goodness! What a great place! I could try as many flavors I wanted before making my selection. They have so many varieties of desserts! Not just ice cream and they give huge portions. Plenty of space to eat inside. I would suggest this much higher than the Loveboat icecream place!

Pinocchios Italian ice cream has the most delicious flavors of the area! They have so many flavors for everyone’s taste. And the servings are really big. Im coming back every time I can, I live in Lehigh, but it’s worth the trip.

Superb quality and taste. Gator stew is the perfect flavor combination. We got to meet and talk to Donna (owner) and she was so kind and friendly. She spent time talking to us and made us feel welcomed. You can tell they care about their customers.
We have been long time customers and glad to see that they have new locations. Their Ft Meyers location is spacious and inviting. We will hopefully get to visit their new Sanibel location on our next trip there.

We came here with our son, who is Anaphylaxis to peanuts *hoping* this wouldn’t be another “sorry bud, we have to go somewhere else” situation. They went above and beyond to make sure he could safely eat his treat! They used a freshly sanitized scooper and went to the back to make sure to use an unopened ice cream container for his ice cream (& mine) just to be extra cautious. It was delicious, the workers and manager were more than accommodating!! Highly recommend!
