This Taco Bell is really good… sometimes. Most of the times they are great and the staff are very friendly. There has been a few trips where things have been off and our order has been really incorrect, but they try to correct it. So we keep going back.

TERRIBLE customer service. Ran by rude disrespectful teens with attitude. I went here just today and went through the drive through. A young teen girl started yelling on the intercom speaking over her coworker who was taking my order. She was saying rude and disrespectful comments to me ordering my meal. I would recommend you drive 10 extra minutes to go to the Taco Bell in Hamlin, unless you want to be greeted by immature and impolite customer service.

I visit this location all the time, very convenient place for late night grabs. The staff Malake is especially friendly and provides great service each time I come. She’s always here and carrying this entire franchise on her back. Don’t think I’ll ever stop visiting for a baja freeze.

Every item in our bag was upside down, chips, nacho fries and cinnamon twists everywhere. Beefy 5 has more ingredients on the outside than on the inside and what is this taco? There is nothing in it at all. Lazy.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a cheese roll-up and a chicken enchilada, but instead of the chicken item I received a beef burrito — which I cannot eat due to my religious restrictions. It’s frustrating to have to throw food away because of a mix-up that could have easily been avoided.
On top of that, I requested fire sauce and didn’t receive any. The cheese roll-up was fine, but accuracy and attention to detail are important, especially when dietary or religious needs are involved.
I hope the staff can double-check orders going forward so others don’t experience the same issue.

Always something missing, charged for large fries and given small ones with an almost empty box (all spread on top of the tacos and cold) Charged for a large soda but turns out they did’nt have large cups. No sauces even though they were in the ticket. Nacho cheese cup almost empty. Not coming back. I was in a hurry and did’nt have time to argue with a manager.

Went to go get a cravings box, told me they didn’t have that one but all the items in it were available online. Then changed the order to 6 crunch wraps which we were immediately told they didn’t have enough to make 6 but wouldn’t say how many they could make. I would not come back.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a burrito supreme (no tomato), a soft taco (no tomato) and a Starry drink. What I got was burrito supreme with tomato, a crunchy taco with extra tomato and a cup of carbonated water. There was NO syrup in that soda. I will not go to this location again!
