This was my first time using the new location. The facility, parking, service, and cleanliness is as expected of the franchise, top tier. The catering order placed was ready at the time requested and the staff were very polite and friendly. While waiting for the order to be processed and checked for accuracy we were offered drinks which was a nice gesture.

I deliver and this location is not up to the high standards that other locations have. The employees don’t greet you when you enter, you have to get someone’s attention to get helped and the older gentleman that takes orders that I think maybe a manager is very unprofessional. It took 15 minutes to pickup an order today and that is un heard of for Chick-fil-A.

Has to be the best Chick-Fil-A location ever! First time there today, order in, personal taking my order was super friendly and helpful. My drink was brought the counter as I was paying. Went to sit down and within a few minutes had my order. Various time I was asked by different employees if I needed anything. Restaurant extremely clean, food fresh (as always). Today, our family was disappointed with this location. We decided to dine inside and stood in line, which was only one queue. The customer ahead of us took a while to place her large order. During this time, a cashier opened the register next to us. Instead of taking our order first, she served someone else who had just walked in the door. After that, she continued to take orders from other customers.

We remained in line, waiting for the first customer to complete her order. Once she finally finished, the manager who checked her out walked away from the register without acknowledging us. She never returned, and we were left waiting to be served. Ultimately, we decided to leave because I refuse to spend money at a business that clearly does not value customer service.

I haven’t been pleased with the customer service at this location. I go in weekly and observe customers get looked out. Today was a better day. A lady name Jo went above and beyond to attempt to greet everyone who entered and make sure they were helped
