I can’t say enough good things about the Panera Bread in the Cocoplum Village Shops. As a local networking lady pirate, I need a reliable, welcoming ‘port’ to dock and meet with colleagues—and this is it. The service here is consistently the best part of the visit. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always makes you feel genuinely appreciated, which fosters the perfect, relaxed setting for professional meetups.
Beyond the superb atmosphere for networking, the quality never dips. The food is always noticeably fresh, making everything from a quick salad to a warm sandwich a delight. I came in for lunch after doing some shopping and it was nice. We ordered on the tablet and then picked our food up from the counter. The food was all good and a nice portion. The inside could use some work it was kinda ratty and there was no music playing. Staff was okay, they were mostly in the back so we didn’t have much interaction. They have a drive through which is nice if you want to get food to go.

Disappointed by this dining experience. The customer service employees were super nice and the food was also good. But the whole restaurant was not clean and we had to buss our table since all of them were dirty. I definitely don’t mind bussing my table, but it just felt unclean. The booths had food in the creases that definitely have been there too long. I just expected more.

I ordered the new Chicken Asiago Roma Bagel Stack for pickup on Saturday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the advertised item — the promo shows a tall, neatly layered bagel sandwich, but mine was flat, messy, and the bagel was over‑toasted to the point of being burned. The difference is honestly unbelievable.
I also customized my order by asking for the garlic aioli on the side and a side of Green Goddess dressing. They didn’t include the aioli at all, and the only thing in the bag was the Green Goddess dressing. No sauce on the sandwich, no sauce on the side, and the whole thing was thrown together with zero care.
Panera used to have great quality, but it has gone downhill so much over the past couple of years. Even their turkey sandwich used to be real turkey, and now it’s just deli meat. Between the burnt bagel, the ignored customization, and the huge gap between the advertised product and what I actually received, this was a very disappointing visit.

Second time in a row, we bought their French bread both times now they old we complained. They told us to heat it up once you can understand this happening twice. It’s something you’re doing down to save money third time had been heading to Publix

Just ordered a drink online to pick up through the drive through – order placed at 2:54pm, order confirmed ready 2:58pm. I sat in the drivethru line for over 15 minutes waiting, checked in at the order box stating I was there for my online order, so its not like the girl was unaware, she told me to pull forward. When the car in front of me pulled away from the window, instead of being handed my drink and an apology for the long wait I got to wait an additional 2 minutes and get asked to pay for the person behind me’s order. When I informed the girl I was there for my online pickup she still had to pour my drink. No apologies for the long wait, nothing. Received drink at 3:10pm.
Team desperately needs retraining. Hoping this actually gets to management staff, because this interaction was absolutely unacceptable. In the current economic climate it’s unwise to keep staff members like this around, unless you’re willing to put in the work and train them to do their jobs properly. An apology literally isn’t asking for much, especially when I’ve been waiting for a drink for 15 minutes.

I ordered a Mac and cheese bread bowl and was given a broccoli cheddar bowl. When I said something about it I heard the workers say they were out of bread bowls so instead of telling me that they pour the soup out and put the Mac and cheese over it. The atmosphere there was totally disrespectful we sat there listening to the crew talk down about a past employee with the manager right there joining in.

Which one of you guys dumped an entire carton of cream in this coffee read the ticket and thought “that looks right”? When you try to call to speak to someone about it they tell you the manager is too busy to talk and will call you back. Received no call back and this ended up down the drain. What a waste of money and terrible management.
