Yep, it used to be a Zaxby’s but in its second life as a Starbucks it is doing things well. Big spacious layout that has plenty of places to sit and even an area that has a long table and chairs like a meeting room almost. Modernized interior- so all that aside- the service for me was good (saw some reviews on it being slow). Maybe a hair slow, but even ordering at the counter it was less than 5 mins. Also it is super convenient off 64- so that’s a big plus if you need a quick pick-me-up while driving the highway.

I’m interested to know what this is at the bottom of my drink. At the very best, I’m hoping it’s somehow bits of matcha but I’m not sure how or why that would happen. I’m just hoping it isn’t mold.

I always have a positive experience at this Starbucks, but today Whit was especially kind. I was having a hard day, and though she had no way of knowing that, her warmth and care really meant a lot. Great customer service and genuine kindness go a long way, and I truly appreciated it.

When they make my drink correctly, it’s amazing. However, they’ve repeatedly had to remake it because they rush and forget to read the sticker, making it ice instead of hot. I understand that it happens once or twice, but it’s become quite annoying after several instances. When you spend this much on coffee getting it correctly the first time would be appreciated.

The service was speedy and excellent, when I paid for my ordering using my gift card from the app she addressed me by my name, great touch, and she even told me her name when she was waiting on me and the barista name that was making my mocha. Very warming and heartfelt experience. Keep it up

I can’t say enough about this Starbucks! The layout of the shop was open and airy, very clean and comfortable!. Even better was the service! All the employees (3) we talked to were extrememly nice and friendly. A shoutout to Whitney! She took care of us and was a pleasure to talk to during our visit! Great person! Staff are pleasant and friendly, but the espresso beverages are extremely disappointing (the flat white in particular). The flat white is my drink of choice, and I’ve purchased it from this location approximately 5-6 times (in hopes it’s better than the last), and every time I’ve been unable to take more than a few sips before tossing it. I buy this drink at other locations constantly, yet here, it tastes completely different…like mildly flavored, watery, steamed milk. Cannot taste espresso (should come with 3 shots). Unsure if they make it incorrectly or if they use a different coffee bean. I cannot comment on the quality of other beverages, but the flat white here is not worth a nickel. Unfortunately.

The most beautiful, spacious, ambient Starbucks I’ve even been to. The perfect study spot. I’m really big on the idea of coffee shops like Starbucks being the “Third Place,” so I’m glad to have a location that embodies that so well. My drink and pastry were ready quickly, made perfectly, and baristas were super nice!
