I have mixed feelings about my visit. We were greeted by the happiest person in the world (in the picture), the young man was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and clear about changes and up-charges, which I really appreciated. We ordered our food for here and dessert to go, and he even offered to put the dessert in 10 minutes later so it would stay warm. That kid absolutely rocked.
Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. The girl who asked me about my ingredients could use a dose of that same customer service, she looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. Then the person running my card didn’t offer drinks, so we had to cancel the transaction just to add them.
When we sat down, another guest actually asked an employee to wash his hands because he was picking his nose. I can’t show a receipt because I didn’t receive one.
The pizza was good, though, I chose my own ingredients.

2/9/26 I usually don’t write reviews but felt I needed to say something about my recent experience. I am a fan of Blaze and when I walked in, I was greated by a nice employee who made my pizza. When I asked for my pizza to be cooked well done, he said, “I will write it on here but he(the very young employee running the oven) probably wont do it”. I was curious about why he wouldn’t adhere to a customers request.
My pizza comes out, cheese is barely melted, and I kindly asked for it to be put back in the oven, reminding the young employee I asked for it well done. He is very annoyed but does it. He only has it in the oven for another minute and takes it out again(still not well done), the cheese is a little more melted. Another employee asks him to put it back it in, but he has a major attitude and tells him “It IS well done”. I told the other employee not to worry about it and I would finish cooking it at home.
It was really an unfortunate experience. I hope they have management that can guide the young employees working there to have a better understanding of customer service and respect for the customer and their fellow employees.

Sadly, this place is horrible. Wastage of time and money kids are running this place. They don’t even care about what they are serving such a pathetic Pizza I had ever tasted. They hardly clean oven and base was not even cooked properly so soggy base as well as tasteless had to throw away entire Pizza. It’s Better to close this Place.
