I had breakfast here which consisted of a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich and an iced coffee. The sandwich was good and the service was very good. I have reservations about the coffee experience, though. I know lots of people love Dunkin’coffee, but I have to question an establishment that does not offer half and half as coffee creamer. Not only was it not offered as an option, they seemingly don’t know what it is. As a regular coffee drinker who loves the creamy texture half and half gives my morning drink, I was disappointed to say the least. Otherwise, it was generally a good experience.

This place has gotten so much better than it was a year ago! My order hasn’t been made wrong in a long time. The morning staff are smiling and pleasant when I come to pick up my order. Mackenzie is really sweet and she is always friendly and working hard. I don’t remember her name but the girl with long blonde hair in the drive thru some mornings is very friendly and warm. And I believe his name is Joseph, he’s been there a little while and I’ve never seen him not working hard. Keep it up guys!

Uber wasn’t willing to refund me but I called the store and the woman who answered was genuinely kind and caring and able to help. This Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the best Dunkin’ donut to go too. The staff is so very friendly. It’s a pleasure to come here because they go above and beyond in customer service. Everyone is so very nice. They are fast with getting your food and it’s always hot and fresh.

This Dunkin used to be my favorite, the staff used to be super nice and helpful and the place would usually be pretty spotless, but now I think it’s gone down hill. The last couple of times I’ve gone the staff have been pretty rude, I’ve found hair in my food, I’ve seen flies in the donut display case. I placed an order through the app once, put it as a drive-thru pick up, and we sat at the window for almost 15-20 mins, it didn’t seem busy at the time,before some one came to the window and the girl that did come to the window didn’t even greet us or apologize for the wait. She came over and said “What are you guys still waiting on?” Then when we told her we were there for a pick up order, she gave us the wrong order and disappeared before we could tell her it was wrong. So we had to wait another 5 mins to get another staff members attention and when this staff member gave us our food, he didn’t apologize or anything. Then when we went to open one of the sandwiches, when we left the establishment, it had a long black hair in it. That’s just one of the many not so great experiences I’ve had which sucks considering whoever is making drinks almost always makes them perfectly.

I walked in and was standing there for 5-6 mins before anyone even looked my way. When they did one associate looked at another and said i dont know why shes standing there why didnt she order on the kiosk. Then another 3 mins goes by and finally someone turns around and says did you place your order? I said no and then she gets on the headset and says take her order i assume someone says no because then she said just come take the order. Then what i ordered was not what i was given and had to be fixed. Very disappointing

I have tride 3 times to get food in the mornings. The people who are not handicapped park in and also block the space for handicap people. If they do not fix this matter asap. I plan on contacting the Americans With Disability’s Assoc. Then a lawsuit can be filed. They do it every morning. The owner needs to stop this

Usually they are pretty good but I came today and the employees all had attitudes and then my food was so sloppy and burnt. Would of let the food slide if employees were at least slightly pleasant
