The team at the Carmel Mountain location is really great! I stop by every couple of months, and every. single. time. I am impressed by the level of attention and customer service this team displays. Tonight was no exception — We stopped by to pick up a kid’s meal, and Tiffany, Vahid, Andres, and Isabel greeted us kindly, smiled, asked if we needed help, told us our order would be ready in a few minutes. While my child was going to get her drink, I was standing by the counter, and again was asked if I needed help with anything. When we received our order, they made sure we had napkins and ketchup — they just made the whole process simple and pleasant. We will keep coming back!

This place does not disappoint. For a delicious burger its worth the wait!
The grub: tastes fresh like they say… burgers are properly seasoned and flavorful. Froes are so good and perfectly crisp. Idk what it is about their fries that are so addictong but they have sweet potato fries or fried zucchini that are just equally delicious. Try their hibiscus fresca its so refreshing.
The interactions: although they do have kioks to place orders, they do take orders at the counter unlike some fast food joints who LOOK DREADFUL because you would rather have them take an order…. BUT NOT HERE! i habe used both now. Their cashiers and the manager is so patient and helpful.
The scene: this place is modern upscale from your same old burger joint. Its pleasant and cool inside and they have a decent choice in music. Plus lots of sitting in and out.

Ridiculous for what you’re paying here. Double char was greasy, yet somehow flavorless. My daughter’s chicken sandwich cost $11. The bread was soggy, the chicken was dry and chewy. This place was once really good. Over $50 for 3 people. Every time I’ve been back in the last 5 years, I tell myself it’s the last time. It is definitely time to break this Habit.

I have gone to The Habit Burger Grill religiously for the past year. Every Saturday we meet family here for lunch. THEY HAVE YET TO GET MY ORDER CORRECT!! If this was a once in a while situation, the rating would be different. But this is EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order the chicken salad but substitute tri-tip and ask for the tri-tip to be well done. IT HAS NEVER COME OUT WELL DONE! I send it back every time. I even ask the manager to ensure it is cooked well done. It is impossible. I have bet the cashier $20 in hopes it would come out well done. Guess what… it didn’t. The food is great, but the cooks are completely incompetent.
