The hookah was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Geo snapped — super smooth, great flavor, no harsh hits at all.
Big shoutout to Troy at the bar for the drinks and vibes, and Kie for being an amazing server and taking care of us the whole time.
Food, hookah, and service were all on point. I’ll definitely be back.
We were served by the bartender, who was clearly distracted trying to juggle bar duties and DoorDash orders. Our small two-top table quickly filled up, and items weren’t cleared in a timely way, I even dropped silverware multiple times because there was no room. When I tried moving a few items to a nearby empty table to make space, the bartender came over to tell me not to do that since it had already been cleaned.
When the check came, an automatic $25 gratuity had been added even though we were only a party of two. I asked for it to be removed because tips should be based on the service received, not automatic unless you’re a party of six or more. Instead of handling this gracefully, the bartender got defensive and had an attitude. She did re-ring the bill without the automatic gratuity, but the interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant.
Out of courtesy, I still paid the $135 bill and left a $17 cash tip. To her credit, the other server (not our bartender) apologized for the poor service, which I appreciated.
The worst part came later, when I checked my bank account, I saw I had been charged twice: once for the canceled check and again for the corrected one. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank.
⚠️ Warning to out-of-town guests: please double-check your bank statements if you dine here. Between inattentive service, automatic gratuities added incorrectly, and duplicate charges, this restaurant left me with a very bad impression.
Geo doesn’t just manage hookah — he elevates the entire experience. From perfectly packed bowls to smooth pulls and consistent coal management, everything is done with precision. The flavors are always on point, and if you’re unsure what to try, his recommendations never miss. Whether you like something fruity, minty, bold, or custom-blended, he makes it happen.
But what really sets Geo apart is his energy and professionalism. He keeps the lounge running seamlessly while making every guest feel welcomed and taken care of. The atmosphere stays lively, smooth, and upscale — exactly what you expect when you step into Fin & Feathers for a great night out.
If you want premium hookah, great service, and top-tier vibes in Atlanta, ask for Geo at Fin & Feathers. He’s the reason the experience hits different every time.
Our party of 4 enjoyed everything that we ordered. It was full of seasoning, and the service was amazing 🙂 definitely will be back again and again.
My picky uncle was happy with his food too.
Ps. Try the salmon and grits if you are a fish lover!!! Very good
