Went there for the bogo smash burger on September 25th on lunch and they by far was the best out of all of the sonics I had the at! The one in hutch at the loves was horrible the others was okay but this one was amazing! I asked for extra pickles and sauce and I definitely got it this time! Fast hot and delicious! Thank you

Had a to go order for lunch, did not receive all of the food ordered and only got my burger. The food did not taste great and now have food poisoning. The soda machine was also low on carbonation so all of our drinks did not taste good either.

First few times the service the quick and great however the last few visits have went downhill with waiting over 30-40 minutes for a mobile order only containing drinks. It’s frustrating seeing cars arrive after you only to leave. The first time I requested to cancel after waiting 30 minutes to only be told it would be another 15-20 minutes before my order may be ready, I never received a refund and my order was instead marked “completed”. Second time visiting I went after 1pm because it was not busy but still had to wait over 30 minutes for just drinks. I would not recommend visiting this sonic in the current state and hope in the future their time will get quicker.

This is about nothing other than saying just to blanketly tell customers their order is going to take 10-15 minutes when I only wanted 2 drinks. If the goal is to drive away customers…success! To say youare busy or short staffed is no excuse either.

Waited at the drive through window for over 10 minutes. Asked for my money back. They wouldn’t give it back, but instead brought us our food a couple minutes later. I asked why it took so long and got no answer. Went down to Bomgaars’ parking lot and my wife said that her and our daughter’s sandwiches were wrong. (Burgers instead of Breakfast toasters) I called and spoke with the alleged manager and she said “we have auditors here.” Hate to see the service when auditors aren’t there. 3 fast food drive throughs a rock throw away, I suggest you try one of them.

We stop just to order onion rings and when they arrived we never opened the sack because we had another stop to make. When we opened them up they were disgustingly burnt, so Krispy you couldn’t even see that onion inside Very disappointed.

genuinely might be the worst sonic i have ever been to, everything was either completely burnt or not prepared correctly— being someone who’s worked for sonic before, i know the company holds their employees to a higher standard. my food was inedible, cold, or undercooked. this never should have been served to a customer, and they gave me a single medium cherry limeade coupon to try and hide it.

Service was good food was terrible had a chicken sandwich, large strawberry slush (slush was good), cheddar bite, and 2 pretzels all for almost 19 dollars but the pretzels were good and the chicken sandwich was extremely dry and tough and had pickles instead of the normal tomato’s and the cheddar bites were okay as well

Very annoyed. ordered through the sonic app for extra mango and raspberry flavoring, got my drink back and it was nearly clear. I paid almost a dollar extra for the flavoring and it tasted like a regular sprite. I took them back to the drive through and they did remake them, with hardly any flavoring again, and I wasn’t going through a third time. Feel like when I pay almost a whole dollar extra for flavoring i should be getting a lot of flavoring. When i get this drink at other locations it’s nearly orange and not white
